They have a regular cold brew in 3 sizes, a cold brew of the moment / seasonal (ask about it!) and a cold brew shandy for something different. My partner and I got two different cold brews on tap today, the original and the Seasonal Single Origin Honduran one. The single origin Honduran was better, but their original was good too. There's a lot of seating, but it's usually taken up, so I tend to just take my coffee to go. Expect to walk out for around $6ish a cup. The plane is named after the founder's mother "Betty". It's also a nod to how the company "air roasts" their coffee. When you walk in the vibe feels industrial, aviation-themed, and cozy. I ordered a caramel latte and asked for it to be served in a ceramic. The coffee was excellent as always and this is my go to coffee shop in Kansas City. If you are in the area I highly recommend stopping in for a cup of coffee. Also, there are certain days where you can tour the factory if you are interested in that as well.
