Probably the worst burger I have ever had from McDonald's. Ordered the Arch. What a disappointment- slimy, could not even pick it up as it slid all over the place. If I could give them negative I would. Seems to be ran by someone who has never worked in the service industry before bossing around a bunch of (high) school kids. Waited 20 plus minutes in the mobile pickup lane watching car and car go by in the drive thru. Finally went inside to get my order. After bringing it to my car the girl came and took the drinks back inside to make sure they were mine. Came outside 2 min later with the same drinks I grabbed like I was the one who made a mistake. Literally go to any other McDonalds because your experience won't be as awful as it will be here. This is 2nd and last time I'll go to this one. Save your time. (Update) opened the bag no straws yay. The old lady at the pickup window was super rude. They messed up my order and she refused to fix it even when asked nicely. I get it's fast food but there's no need to be rude because you're having a bad day. read more

Took us 30 minutes to get a Powerade with no one else in the building for the first 5 minutes we were there. When we finally asked about it, before we could finish talking, the employee cut us off and just said "no". Clearly employees here do not respect their job or their customers. We sat in line for a total of 30 minutes. Got no napkins, sauce or spoons for things we needed them for. There were multiple workers so i'm not sure of the wait time or the quality of the food. read more

Went through the drive thru, ordered, nothing special, they tell me to wait, waited, couldn't wait anymore due to short lunch break, call the manager, Adrian said that they didn't have any extra food, literally calling me a liar, This place and other places in rogers AR, have managers that insist you are not telling the truth, McDonald's has gone down the toilet. There are two cars in the drive thru and I ordered curbside and check-in. I wait 15 minutes and call to ask where my order is. Their manager Ashley says their short staffed and trying and that my order is ready. I wait another couple of minutes and nothing. I'm about to call in again and I finally see my order. I grab it and go. As I'm getting on the street, I reach in to grab some fries and they are cold. I call and complain and have to turn around to get my food again. I get my groceries and go back to that McD's. I walk in and ask for Ashley. The gentlemen that walked out to bring me my food originally, looks up and walks over to me. He states that he'll handle it and he'll start my food right away and places the bag on their stainless steel counter. I see the guy go around to the line he's working on, and I think he's working on my order. I wait another 15 minutes, and I see him making some big macs. This guy who brought out my food and he tells me that he'll make my food completely FORGOT to make my food! REALLY! He just took my bag and stated that he'll work on it himself and then doesn't even work on my order. What the hell! There is a guy right next to me complaining about the time for his order and he just walks out. I then see a guy in a grey shirt (Corey), and I ask him for help. The time is now 5:51 so it's been an hour since my original order. I explain to Corey what's going on. He asked to see my receipt show him my phone. He asks if he can take it to ensure that the order is correct. I agree. After another 10 minutes, I get my order and check it and I'm missing a medium fry and inform Corey. He states that he didn't see it, but if I can show him the receipt again as he goes and gets my medium fries. He comes back and I show him. However, as he's going back to get my fries I see Ashley, for the first time, coming to the front of the store from what I assume is an office. She then asks what's going on with the orders and is trying to figure it out. Corey gives me my fires and inform him that they got to do better. During this whole time everyone in line waiting for their food is complaining. This lady stated she order her food and 4:35 and hadn't gotten her food. However, the drive thru is rolling cars out. Food is leaving but only the drive thru. Why is that? The entire time I was waiting for my food, this McD's only gave customers in their dinning room food one time. They are ONLY working on drive thru orders. What the hell! They should work on the orders as they come in. Why do people or use curbside or order inside have to wait double or triple the time to get their food while drive thru people are getting their food quickly? Make this make sense. Then if you're going to make people wait double or triple the time, at LEAST get their order correct! If Ashely knows they are behind, why doesn't she get out of her office to help her crew? She was in her office while this McD's was not pushing out curbside or dining room orders? That does NOT show leadership. She would be helping her employee's get orders out and ensure they're correct but she's just in the office doing who knows what. If you MUST go to this McD's ONLY use the drive thru. At least you'll get your food quicker but please ensure that the food is warm and accurate! I do appreciate Corey because he was trying to get orders out and be helpful, unlike Ashley! Keep up the good work Corey and I hope that Ashely uses you as an example to help out your workers rather then just staying in the office. I pulled out of the McD's parking lot at 5:11 PM. It took over an hour for me to get my food, but hey, I did get a free Apple pie, but I'd would rather not deal with this and preferred to my order warm the first time! Do better! read more

I no it's a McDonald's but the only wrong thing going wrong here is the drive-thru service. Drove into the drive -thru and ordered fries and a ice tea. Then was told to pull up to wait for my order to be walked out to me. I mean it was fries and a ice tea with nobody behind me. After getting my order of warm fries I waited on of course no ketchup or napkins at all. Come on McDonald's get your act together!!! read more

On my way to Louisiana from Kansas. Stopped at this McDonald's. Their French fries were the best that I had in a long time at any McDonald's. The food was hot and the employees were very friendly. Am glad that I stopped here. read more

Drive thru sucks butt. They said they ran out of breakfast at 10:25 and can only take two orders per vehicle. Can't even get our food thru the window so they made us park and wait. Food comes but didn't bring our drinks. Actually they forgot our drinks, they probably ran out of orange juice because they clearly watered down one of the them but it is McDonald's so I'm not surprised lol read more

This McDonald's takes the fast out of fast food. I never come here but today thought, you know, why not give it a chance for old times sake. I order my food and Pay. Then get to the next window and they ask me to go wait at a parking spot. 5 min later I get the wrong order, no sauce, and no drink. I won't be going back to any McDonald's locations. Ordered a quarter pounder meal today (11-20-22). Had me pull up to 3rd window. Then had to call store after five cars behind me given food. Was told when delivered it was a "fresh" quarter pounder. Outside of meat brown, inside mostly pink with some red/raw. Threw it away. This is the fourth burger (all four times I have gone to this store in the last year) -- all the same, not cooked sufficiently. Will never eat anything but breakfast at another McDonald's. Restaurant 32861 Bought 2 crispy buttermilk chicken meals. The chicken taste terrible. As if it had been frozen, thawed and sat out for a long time before cooking. Even the color was not good. Fries were great. My husband ate about half. I took 1 bite. Threw it away. My husband still went the very next morning and bought a breakfast sandwich and 2 breakfast burritos. When he got home, only 1 burrito in bag. Paid for both. It's frustrating. We would love a big fat coupon to make up for all this and try something else. We all know what McDonald's is, so I am rating this compared to other McDonald's restaurants. It's rare to find one that is firing on all cylinders, but this is such a restaurant! I usually love this place and always go her! Last night I went to get one of their new slushee things and I was ready to try it. We ordered and there was a few cars in front of us so we just waited. 10-15 minutes went by and the line hasn't even moved yet. All we were her for was a small slushee and that's it. We waited another 5 minutes and the line finally moved. But there was still a few cars in front of us. We started getting very angry so we looked to see what was happening in front of us and there was a small child and a mom getting out of the car going inside then they came back out and proceeded to wait inside the car. The car that was in front of us honked and then they moved. The car in front of us was fine they got their order and left. Finally once we got or order (the one small slushee) the guy said okay the McFlurry and the slushee. We then said no we just ordered the slushee, that took another 5 minutes for him to figure out that we just ordered the slushee. One he handed us our slushee we drove off so the people behind us didn't have to wait any longer. I took a sip of my "slushee" and guess what... IT WAS MELTED. I was so angry we waited 30 minutes for a watered down, melted, slushee. Again I always go to this McDonald's but this experience and previous experiences have been very bad.
