Some of the best fast food I've had in a long while, staff was friendly and courteous

DQ is a great local restaurant for getting soft serve ice cream or a Sunday. We like to get the peanut butter parfait. They serve ice cream, sundaes, soft, serve cones, their equivalent of a concrete, which is a soft serve ice cream that is mixed with some type of flavoring, such as a candy bar flavor, or other type of topping. They serve burgers and fries and onion rings and steak, finger baskets and chicken, finger baskets and other things like this. We don't normally eat food there other than ice cream. This is near to our home and it's comfortable and we enjoy stopping for a dessert. The restaurant is clean. The prices are reasonable, and the staff is friendly. read more

Dairy Queen Grill & Chill - Fast Food Near Me - Springdale, Arkansas

Yes I have often gone to the dairy Queen on sunset in Springdale Arkansas and been treated very kindly and the food was very good. Here recently they have hired a new manager who was very rude and I came to the drive-thru again and she said that she has already reported me to her manager as a trouble calls her but it would be happy to give me his email. That just shows that she knew that she was rude to cover her own behind. I will never go to that location again and not recommend them to anyone else. read more

This place opened up a few months ago. Always seems to be busy, so decided to give it a try. Not much parking to begin with but not a total deal breaker. We walked in very modern and very clean. We placed our order and then they bring out your food. Don't see McDonald's doing that. But overall the food was just ok, the burger is chairbroiled which adds its own taste to it. It taste like a Burger King burger but much smaller. The fish sandwich was good but didn't care for the tarter sauce on it. They use a sweet relish in there tarter sauce. The fries were good n tasty, I do wanna try the dreamcycle ice cream it looks really good. They sell ice cream cakes I seen the price on a few of the cakes. I think 34.99 is kinda expensive for ice cream cake!! Great service so so on the food! read more

In these hard times every nice thing is noticed! Got lunch at our local DQ, or aa it's often known as -The Texas Stop Sign, we tried their new Chicken and biscuits basket!! The chicken fingers were right out of the fried, the fries also, the gravy was well peppered and the mini biscuits were almost too cute to eat....almost . Overall the food was fast, fresh and hot! The young lady that waited on us had a great smile and a very positive outlook. We haven't been to a DQ in years but after today it will become a regular on out list of places we visit! I know some kids f you will think we should be supporting local businesses, but remember the good people working in these chains are local people who need their jobs as much as everyone else does. Went in to order. Wife gave her order and then the hostesses asked what I wanted. The phone rang about the same time and he answered. Someone was calling about an item being left there and he told them to hold on while he goes and checks the safe. He told us to excuse him for a min. I don't know how long it took him because we immediately left. We weren't even in a hurry but it was the principal of him putting us on hold instead of the caller I know some people only get 30 min for lunch. It would have been the complete opposite if he was on the phone when we came in. I know businesses require these people to multitask but don't disrespect me in order to do it. My daughter likes to go here for the ice cream, of course. This was our first time to go to this location. The manager brought our food out to our table and left a voucher for a free small blizzard due to a wait for the food. I didn't think it was a long wait, but I definitely appreciated the customer service. The food was hot and fresh and the service was friendly. We'll be back read more

Customer service was great.It usually requires 48 hours to order an ice cream cake however, they put the design we wanted on the cake right then and there and even offered us a free drink while we waited. read more

If I had a choice to give zero stars I would. Absolutely worse customer service I've ever experienced. I had ordered the Chicken strips and fry rings basket here which consists of 5 items in the meal. The onion rings, fries, toast, chicken strips and gravy. They had forgetter to add my toast and gravy so because I ordered through the drive through I came in the building to ask for it. Cashier looks at me and is absolutely sure I'm lying and claims he saw with his own eyes that the cook had in fact put those items in. A few minutes later he goes towards where the cook is to ask for gravy and toast I'm assuming and the cook says they do not have gravy at all. Then he proceeds to tell me he won't refund me my money because at this point I don't even want anything from this place. Now I'm here waiting for my refund an hour later. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I'm never a Karen but it was this cashiers hostile attitude towards me that made me not even want their food anymore. read more

Not a big fan of DQ's food. It's alright but nothing to write home about. My wife does love their ice cream cakes and I order one from this store for her birthday. I showed up to pick the cake up on her birthday only for the manager to tell me they had not made the cake. They had completely forgot to make the cake! The only reason they are getting two stars is because the manager comp a cake (not the same flavor and with out writing) so there's that. read more

I love Dairy Queen and I have always received great service especially from the Sunset location well until recently. They have a young man working there that must be a shift manager or leader of something. He has brown hair and is the most controlling person I've ever heard. I've picked up orders in the inside and heard him speaking to the staff in such a belittling and frustrated manner. I couldn't believe it. I figured surely someone would report him but it's been over a month and I went back today this time in the drive thru. There was a nice girl in the drive thru with no issue getting my order timely but he walked up (after making the most pitiful looking dip cone ever) without saying hello handed me my food, yelled at her to give my card back. When I was about to ask for my receipt he yelled for her to shut the drive thru window. I was like jeez this guy has got issues. read more

I ordered the fish sandwich and my husband had 2 chili dogs. The food was really good and the fish sandwich was not just one of those square patties. The outstanding thing though was the service by Carrie. She was not the person who rang up our order, but she came around to see if we needed anything and was so friendly and helpful. DQ sent out a buy 1 get 1 free coupon to the residents of Springdale that is good until 10/15/20. So my wife and I go to use the coupon which gave a choice of two items. When we get there the clerk says "we discontinued the item you selected" -- over two months before the coupon expires. Our choice was to take the other item (which neither of us wanted) or NOTHING. DQ you can do a lot better. Don't put out bait and switch coupons if you are going to decide not to honor what you distribute. read more

Absolutely the WORST customer service I have ever experienced!!!!! Their dining area was pretty much empty, and the forgot to make our order.... 9:13 ordered at 9:35 they didn't even start our order yet. So I am upset, they tell me they can refund or start our order.... seriously we were there with family and they ordered food and ordered after us and they were done and all you are offering is to refund or make it?!?!?! No customer service is refund AND make our order. The place was filthy to top it off! I used my hand sanitizer to clean seats off just so we could sit.... you should be paying me!!!! The manager didn't even know how to refund me on my card, so she had to give back cash. read more
