My friend I was with got a Oreo blizzard and there was a crane fly in it. Luckily saw it in there before he ate it. So disgusting. And when I was there a couple days ago ordered a McDouble as per my friends request as I usually just get a cheeseburger and it only had a tiny bit of ketchup on it and cheese no mustard , pickles or onion. The drive thru window was long so my family went inside. First thing I noticed...not sure if the cashier had RBF or was just in a bad mood. But it looked like she either didn't want to be there, or didn't want us there. Next, the floor was filthy. Food and dirt all over the floors and tables. Then our order was called and my order was wrong. I ordered a filet o fish meal but I got two cheeseburger meal. As I'm not the type of person to ever waste food or send food back I just ate the two cheeseburgers. The first cheeseburger literally tasted like plastic. So I bit into the second cheeseburger. I said to my wife , "honey, try this one..." she replied, "is it better?" I said, "it tastes like harder plastic". read more

I never stop at McDonald's but I was needing to take a stop and wait for an appointment. All I order was a coffee. Their were no there in town. The employees were extremely nice to me. Possibly because I had my baby daughter. The experience was good. I was sitting and I did notice the whole place was clean and employees continued to walk around and clear people's tables if they were finished. A lady even refilled my coffee and brought me a new cup with it Honestly I'd return to this location. It is busy with several elder folks hanging out, but a very clean location. read more

Wow! I'm not sure I've ever had such a messed up order. The person taking our order only responded to about half of what we ordered so we weren't entirely sure what he entered. The first thing we realized was we were missing a drink and the girl who gave us our drinks seemed annoyed when we pointed it out. While we were waiting at the next window to get the missing drink we realized we were also missing a sandwich and fries and had gotten a wrong sandwich. So we pulled into a parking space and I went in to get our missing food. The staff inside was very nice. About 10 min down the road we realized we were missing another fry when I asked my husband why he was eating mine. I'm glad this was a stop on the way home and not someplace I'll ever stop again. read more

I have no complaints about​ this location. This is your​ typical McDonald's with the same offerings as others. They​ do not have a playground​, however, ​there aren't​ many around here with them. It would be nice to have a couple with them because it is nice to allow the little one to run around a little especially when it is​ cold or snowy. We were greeted upon arrival and promptly placed our order. I chose the quarter​ pounder and the little one got the box meal as he calls it. The burgers came out hot and fresh, but the french fries were not. The service was fast and I guess that may be hit or miss as others​ complain about the speed. I'm giving this McDonalds 3 stars. Their decaf coffee was weak and I drink Mickey Ds decaf coffee all the time. The drive thru was slower than molasses. The cashier was borderline rude. Went to order food at 11 am on a Tuesday morning with no one in line. As I placed my order in the drive thru, the employee over the intercom was very impatient. I will admit we were browsing the menu and deciding on what everyone wanted, so we weren't going very fast but then again there was nobody behind us. Well me and my girlfriend went here one time at around 11:30 one night and got our food and sat down and ate. The inside part closes at 12 and at 11:45 while we were eating we looked over and noticed a few workers staring at us for a few minutes straight so I waved at one and then they told us to leave and that they would call the cops if we didn't leave. one employee even told me to stop being a dick head when I asked about how they have to wait till the customer finishes their food. Let's start with what was good, the food was hot, fresh, and tasty. Now for the bad, service was terrible, they had a trainee at the register and no trainer in sight. He said it was his first day and was constantly going back and forth to get the manager for his mistakes on the order. They were out of sweet tea and no ketchup in the dispenser, when I asked for tea and ketchup I had to make a case that it was actually out because "we just filled it." I went back and made a second order at the kiosk (didn't want to deal with the trainee who was struggling) for a sundae, it took forever, seemed like they had to milk the cow, freeze the milk, and make the ice cream. I took the table marker back to my table and patiently waited per the instructions at the kiosk. Sundae was never brought to the table and I had to retrieve it from the counter without notice. Was halfway melted when I got it and to top it all off, no spoon!!! I will just make the drive to Chick-fil-A from now on. read more
