I love Chick-fil-A -- the food and the atmosphere are usually great. But this location consistently misses the mark. I placed an online order 45 minutes ahead of time and still waited 25 minutes, when it wasn't busy less than 3 cars in the line, less inside. When I finally got home, none of the sauces I requested were included (I asked for 8 Polynesian and didn't get a single one). This isn't the first time I've had issues here, just the most recent example. I'll still come for the chicken, but it's disappointing that the service doesn't match the brand's usual standards. read more

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CHICK FIL A!!!! Spent over 25 mins in the drive-thru. I gave them several tries just hoping that it was an outlier. Nope. They just suck. All other Chick fil a restaurants handle the drive thru better than any other fast food restaurant out there but this one missed the training. Ordered a market salad through the app, called the restaurant because the store is not accepting special requests, I just wanted blue cheese to be removed from my salad since it already comes on it, there's no option to remove it with delivery and no special requests with delivery, I always order this for one of my clients at work and I always have to call, I called a few minutes after placing the order and one of the ladies working said they couldn't give me a new salad without the blue cheese. Maybe this store needs to fucking accept special requests or change the options with the delivery service so I wouldn't have to call the fucking store. Last night at work a number of us ordered food delivered. We had a long wait, tried calling no answer. Finally they texted about an hour later, it was outside. There was an array of items ordered nuggets, fries, sands, salads, and drinks. I felt for the price the portions were slim Fry containers half full. Haha. maybe the driver got hungry! Worst experience at any chick fil a we've ever had. Ordered kids meals for my kids, no toy. So, figured they would offer them an ice cream as a trade off. Nope. Had to pay for that. Used to be able to trade toy in for ice cream. While we were eating they were using this machine to mop the floor, right next to our table. Ordered my food on the app at 8:00pm tonight. Made the bad decision to go through the drive thru. I suffered in line for 30 minutes and at 8:30pm finally arrived at the window only to be told to pull up because they were waiting on my food. I was told it would only be a couple of minutes but it took another 10 minutes until someone brought my food. The owner must have all the business he wants and doesn't seem to care. This is not the first evening this has happened to me but will be the last. Will go to Zaxbys or will just order takeout at the nearby Calhouns which would have been faster. Yes, it is a very busy location so the drive thru is really long but that would be absurd to hold it against them. That just means that they are doing something right. Very busy location. Long drive thru line. My chicken sandwich was alittle overcooked. The waffle fries were soggy. I hate soggy fries. Ugh! Its an assembly line here, they have it all pre made. No one, but NO ONE, makes a large strawberry milkshake than Chik-Fil-A. Also, their Cobb Salad with Ranch Dressing is a meal that dreams are made of and I do not mean nightmares. Slowest service I've seen at any chain. Takes 10 min on average in the morning with drive thru to get breakfast but only few cars in front. Management has to do something about the slow service in drive thru. The other ones in town way faster. read more
