Another night of terror: I was out on patrol making my way back to Gotham city. I then decided to grab a quick bite to eat at around 11pm. Well I at least thought it'd be a quick bite to eat.... I waited in the drive through for over an hour before receiving my order. For a place to label themselves as "fast food" and "quick service" I'd assume they would be a little faster than over an hour long of waiting in the drive through. I did receive my food and it was mediocre at best, but that's the kind of food you expect for a "fast" food joint. Got extremely bad food poisoning eating here last night. I hardly ever get sick but eating here caused one of the worst reactions I've ever had. The workers try to beat the system by having you wait at the speaker so their 3 minute timer doesn't start until they tell you to pull up. Never going to go to this location again. read more

What could improve??? Where do I start???? Maybe start with training employees how to correctly make the items and hot food were be a huge success! Second hire managers that actually care and the employee issue will go away! I ordered door dash, 2 supreme burritos, a beef chalupa and beef nachos, when I say it was cold it was cold!!! I have put off this review for a quite a while, about a month ago I was accused of stealing from a bag that was from an online order. Smug lil dude thought he was slick after I told him I didn't touch the bag doubles down acted like I was blowing smoke after I had spent $25 on food. I have no desire to take some random persons food keep it real with yourself career Taco Bell shift lead. On 2 other occasions no Baja Blast. Very annoying, corporate must know this location is a joke and has them last on the list on the supply chain. Tonight we came in my fiancé got a Baja blast freeze, we ordered online and nothing was said ahout it at the drive thru, it wasn't until we got to the window, got the rest of food and my drink and they closed the window before they remembered we were missing a whole freeze that they didnt have. subbed it for some dragonfruit crap. my fiance got us food this evening, only to be accused of theft by one of the workers. There was an order sitting next to his in a bag, he pulled everything out of his bag to check the contents luckily he did because there was messed up items. the worker accused him of taking items out of the other bag, which was just his that he had laid out to check the rest of the bag. read more

I doordashEd 2 chicken quesadillas woth side fry and extra sour cream then I ordered a cheese q side of fries extra nacho cheese and sour cream then another side of fries, I NEVER got the extra sour cream or nacho cheese. and I didn't get any fries litturl NO FRIES. also ALL quesadillas were CHICKEN nun of them WHERE ONLY CHEESE. Hey Seymour!!! I just really needed to come on here and give a shoutout to EARNIE at Taco Bell in Seymour on Chapman hwy. I just went there with $15 in my card and my order was $12 yet my card kept declining on me over and over, so Earnie gave me my order completely FREE. Keep in mind I had cash in my hand ready to give to this man, and he insisted he give me my order free. He was so sweet and had the biggest smile on his face too. I NEVER and I mean NEVER have issues when I go to this Taco Bell here in Seymour. I absolutely LOVE you guys. My food here has always been good and never wrong but there's a serious issue with how long it takes. For some reason the inside is still closed (June 2023) forcing everyone into the drive thru. They seem to only take one order at a time. You pull up to the speaker and they take your order then tell you to wait there until they tell you to pull around. I've seen a bunch of people pull in and wait 3-5 minutes without a single car moving forward in the line so they just leave. Bad for business! read more

the last few times I've gone my order has been half wrong, or forgotten items. I always mobile order and I always contact the store or go through customer service on the app and nothing ever comes of it. no replacement, no refund, nothing. 10/7/23 we ordered on the app to pick up at 8:30. They didn't start making our food until we got there at 8:30. (We put our order in at 7:40 on the app) We chose inside pick up, they had the door locked and a number to call on the door, they left the phone off the hook so we couldn't call. I knocked on the door a few times and they finally picked up the phone when another customer who was also waiting outside for her pick up order (which was just 3 strawberry cinnamon twist orders) called for the 5th time. With this and how they rig the drive through line to where the customer waits the longest just to keep their numbers up. All the while employees are laughing, snap chatting and having a good old time not caring about customers at the door or in the drive through. I was not the only one this happened to tonight. the customer service and food was awful! i had a mobile order so i told him that in the drive thru then he had me wait 5 minutes at the speaker and never told me to pull forward so eventually i did anyway (no one was even at the window so he had me sitting there for no reason) and when i get to the window he's taking someone else's order so i wait another 5 minutes and then he gives me a melted freeze like literally half of it was liquid and not frozen at allll. i asked if he could pour me another one and he said no unless i wanted a different flavor. i said i want the same flavor and just to pour it again and he said "well it is going to look the same if i pour the same one you know?" that was so belittling and rude so i drove away with the melted freeze. once i tasted it, it didn't even taste like a baja blast freeze at allll like the flavors were so off. also i ordered cinnamon twists and they literally just gave me the cinnamon dust so i couldn't even eat those because it was just crumbs. willlll never go there again! read more
