When I came into this McDonald's, it was incredibly nasty. There was trash covering the floors and the trash cans were overflowing No napkins in the napkin holders. Majority of the food was OK but once I got my crispy chicken tenders, they were severely overcooked and green and yellow on the inside. read more

It's Sunday and its empty here. No one to great us at the register and the kiosks are broken. The place is a mess! Crumbs and garbage from previous guests on tables, floors, and seats. The napkin dispenser is empty, told the manager and he got me two from behind the counter. I've been here 15 minutes and no one has filled it. This was awful. Will be contacting McDonalds corporate. Downloaded app, went to this location. Manager got upset when I told her that I ordered through the app. She said no you didn't it is not on my screen. I showed her the app saying I did and she refreshed her screen and found it. She started to scream at me in front of customers saying that she "fucking hates it when people order through the app!", she said "the damned thing never works!". Beyond that, the lobby was disgusting... shit on the floor and even cups and wasted food all over the floor behind the counter. I went in to the restroom and there was actual shit on the toilet seat that had dried there and more dried shit on the floor. There was dried piss everywhere and a smell I couldn't quite put my finger on. This was the same Sharon McDonalds that was busted last year for having cockroaches and maggots in the food prep areas. Me and my old pals use to come here everyday till covid started. All the workers were nice only problems were they never cleaned anything till they closed, bathrooms stink like shit, old ppl would take there shoes off in the store and when I tried to eat I would just feel sick. If I could give this establishment a negative star I would! It was awful! Our drinks were flat and when we asked the girl who brought our tray out about it she said there was nothing they could do. I had to ask for a manager who also said there's nothing they can do. Their machine has a bad part and it's been out for quite sometime. They are not allowed to post a sign or do anything other than offer sweet tea or fruit punch as an alternative. They gave me my dollar back. Oh so slow.. My last visit I waited exactly 10 minutes from placing my order at the drive thru speaker to receiving my Luke warm sandwich. I was not asked to 'pull ahead'. Also, This was not a peak time of day, such as a lunch or dinner rush. Unfortunately experiencing a LOOOONG drive through wait is a common occurrence at this McDonald's. It is faster for me to drive three minutes down the road, go through Wendy's and return home. My daughter and I tested the theory. Worst on earth. Dirty store. People miss the toilets in the bathrooms and workers refuse to clean it. Old friends have told me when they worked there in high school they don't mop at night or clean the bathroom with anytime of cleaner they just "run a paper towel" over it.
