The customer area smelled like old cigarettes and legitimate raw sewage with flies EVERYWHERE. There was a gentleman whose card would not work at the self check out. He patiently waited for someone to help him.... A man with black stars on his face (stickers) asked him to use the self check out and the customer explained he tried on both machines and his card wouldn't work. Then... a black female employee laughed out loud and said "He don't know how to use the machines!" ...The customer is white... She was deliberately trying to embarrass him in front of EVERYONE. Extremely disrespectful and racist. The whole experience was by far the worst I have ever seen. This place needs to be shut down immediately until the health department deems it safe. read more

they gave me unsweet tea twice after i repeatedly asked for sweet tea. this is horrible and ridiculou. what if that was my last straw. I just came home from a rough night and all i wanted was some good sweet tea that i haven't had all week and i wanted something to pick me up and make me happy but no they just had to ruin it. i am sick and tired of this treatmen. This McDonald's in Valley Alabama is the worst in the state of Alabama. First of all, they are hardly open because they simply do not have enough workers. So the drive thru line is wrapped around the building and down Highway 29, blocking traffic. The workers don't give af and could care less. Hopefully you will never end up in this ghost town and order food from here, it's a nightmare. read more

The breakfast drive thru service is HORRIBLE. Stopped there Tuesday morning at 5:05 am. Went thru the drive thru. I ordered 2 breakfast burritos. Was told to pull FORWARD,since my order was not ready. Vehicle behind me gets their order as i sit there. I decide to walk-in to see if my order is ready. Not only was it ready,but it was sitting at the drive thru window. NO ONE had bothered to bring me my order,nor offered some sort of apology. I will NEVER frequent this mcdonald's again. Ladies were wonderful but I was very upset over McDonald's policy for lunch hours. At this location lunch starts at 10:30Am est. Okay so I'm in line ordering at 10:28am and I make it to the window to pay at 10:32am. I ask if I could now order my food I was told they have called for it. But it's after 10:30 now and I'm calling for it so still I can't order the food I want because this location works different than others. Give your order but check it. They never get it right. The salads are old and slimy. They do not listen when you tell them, leave off this or add this. I do not like ketchup and always request it to be left off. They always add it on. The fries are so salty, I avoid them. The manager seems like a nice guy and I hate to complain. If you use the drive in, something will be left out. When they have a nice lady in the dining room, she will bring your tray to you, get you what you need, and see that they clean the place. The bathroom is filthy. They really need someone not related to the manager to oversee the place. No lie, this place is not up to Mickey D's usual standards. read more

Got in line at the drive-thru. One car ordering and one car ahead of me. Car ordering finished and pulled around. Next thing I know, they shut ALL the lights off to the place. Closed it down and left me and the car in front of me without sevice. Tried to get them on the intercom to ask why. Nobody. Pulled around to the window to ask. Again, nobody.
