We were glad to find this Burger King. Surprised it had an indoor playground. The tables were pretty clean. It could have been better. It is the floors. They were so sticky. If they weren't finicky, they were slippery. Their mopping solution is off. It really needs to be fixed. I really like how the I door playground is set up though. It is it's own room. There are tables and stools that are kid sized, which my children loved. There was a video game station and the tvs were put on cartoons. So, this location has a lot of potential. My chicken fries were almost cold, so were my fries. My husband liked his Impossible Whopper. He is vegetarian, and when we are traveling, it is hard to find a fast food place he can have a decent meal at. So, thank you Burger King for carrying it. Used the phone app to order the 3 for $7 menu special. I ordered two chicken sandwiches and fries. I asked to customize the sandwiches with NO mayonnaise. Got home and the fries were placed in the bag upside down so they all spilled out. Both of the sandwiches HAD mayonnaise. This order was not put in to be picked up at closing time. Customer service: 5 stars: came in 9/23/19 around lunch time; the caucasian young lady gave us the best customer service and made sure our orders were right. Bathrooms: 4.5 stars: the womens room could use a little tiddying up but overall clean. The drink station: 5 stars: clean and free of debris The employees: 5 stars: all kempt and dressed in dress code. You will not find this in Atlanta, Ga. The employees look nasty, unbathed, caked on make up, long fake eyelashes, cheap looking tattoos, etc etc. This BK could be a demo for how the ones in Atlanta should look. Everyone there was working (busy doing their part as a team member) and had a level of pride about their jobs. Burgers are good, clean dining area, nice seating. Restrooms were clean with tissue, paper towels, soap etc. Customer service needs help! People at front register not friendly at all. We ordered via the app yesterday but were unable to find a kids meal to add to our order, so I placed the order online and figured that I would order the kids meal once we arrived at the location. I walked in to find several people upset with how long their wait times were. It was not busy at all, maybe one table had people sitting at it. There was a young lady asking about her order, she was told that they were not going to answer any more questions about it. After about 10 minutes, they finally had her order ready. The guy in front of me had placed his order before I walked in, but said he had been waiting 25 minutes. The two in front of him said they had been waiting 40 minutes. It took over 10 minutes before anybody took my order (again, just for a kids hamburger meal) and a wait time of near 30 minutes. Our food was cold to boot. The location was filthy, the workers had bad attitudes, and they deliberately took forever to get orders out. In my over 40 minutes of being there, they only served 4 groups (in addition to the ones above, a DoorDash guy came in and had to wait almost 25 minutes). I will never visit the Valley, AL location again. Those that were waiting were also warning anybody that came in about how slow it was. read more

Stopped on our way home from camping. Parking for our truck and camper was nice. The store was clean and everyone was very kind and helpful.
