You really can't go wrong with Chick-fil-A. The chicken is always fresh and perfectly cooked, and the waffle fries are elite. Everything tastes super consistent, and the sauces make it even better. When I was growing up in the grocery store there was " ice milk" and " ice cream ". Ice milk was just that milk frozen just like ice cream but cheaper and you could taste the difference. Updating this review for having Chick-fil-A breakfast for the first time I ordered the spicy chicken biscuit, the regular chicken biscuit, and the sausage burrito. We're looking at my pictures you can see there was literally two pieces of sausage and maybe one hash brown in my burrito and the rest was a gazillion pounds of bland, non-seasoned eggs. The burrito was good I just I'm not paying for that ever again with those kind of proportions . , the biscuits were pretty good. They were light, airy and moist. The chicken was very moist on both biscuits. However, you could tell it needed some thing on the sandwich to elevate it either some fresh whipped butter or some hot Honey in a slice of cheese would set these over the top. Also ordered the vanilla iced coffee I would never get again not because of flavor. The flavor was really good but the size was absolutely tiny and we watch to make it is a literally fill the hole glass up with ice before eating porn may be a shot of coffee in it and then a gallon of creamer so very disappointed. My first disappointing visit to CFA They didn't give us the sauce we requested (and we were both eating Chick-Fil-A nuggets and waffle fries. How is one supposed to eat either of those without sauce?) In addition, we both ordered a chocolate chunk cookie and they were hard as a rock. Positive, the nuggets were tasty. Fries were fine, but you need more than one sauce for nuggets and fries. We are frequent CFA patrons, so this won't deter us from coming back. I adore the staff at this place. Sometimes, I hear a "God bless you" and, during times like we have had, I appreciate hearing this so very much. But, they don't have to say an extra word. I see that they care about our time and our food. They come out to meet us at the car so that our orders are prepared by the time we get to the window. And, my order is always right. I like extra pickles and I get a bunch of them. And, they handle the whole process without exposing me to any illnesses. I love them. Sadly this Chick-fil-a is the closest to my house. It is the only chick-fil-a that i've ever had to double check my order. They get it wrong 3 out of 10 times and it's never in my favor. I'm in sales so i purchase food for customers often. The last time i got a sack full of biscuits they called 10 min after i left and asked me to bring them back because they had given me someone's else's order. Today i got food for my family and they left out a biscuit. When you're 15 min away it's very frustrating to have to go back. I should have learned and double checked my order but i didn't. First visit to this CFA, I was a little surprised at the much lower level of service it was 3:30 pm so not busy! A younger man took my order and handed me change and closed the till when a woman named Victoria in a pink shirt (maybe supervisor?)came over from the line and corrected him slightly abruptly, she never acknowledged me, rang the upcharge on the register and left him to collect the extra $1.50+tax from me. This guy said to her "oh I didn't know". I was a little annoyed that she did this to this poor employee and right IN FRONT of a customer....me. I told him no thanks I don't want it so then and she was clearly annoyed with me having to refund me. He stepped aside. She never said I'm sorry, he's new and should have mentioned the upcharge. The only thing she said to me when handing me my change was the individual owners can upcharge if they choose. Why didn't she take him aside after my purchase and let him know, he was clearly embarrassed. I am confident that Wynnton Rd or Bradley Park would have ever done this. My hubby was very excited that we had a Chick-fil-a so close by and thankfully it's consistent with what we are used to. The friendliness of every employee is noticeable, the fast service is continuous and the food is as good as we know it to be. The one thing that stood out was that not once in the hour that we were there did we see the manager going around asking if anything was needed. Usually that has been iconic of every Chick-fil-a we've been to but that this one... At least not this day. Tried this location for the first time. Drive thru was busy so I went inside to order. Cashier was friendly and took my order right away. However, food took longer than expected for a fast food joint. Fries were undercooked and my grilled chicken sandwich tasted pretty old. I wasn't too impressed but I will try it again when it is less busy. read more

I eat here at least 2 times per week and I find that their food doesn't have the consistency it should. We enjoy seeing many of the staff. We love family night. The food can be great, but someone's things just aren't done right. The breading on the sandwich can be just a mushy mess on top and bottom and the breakfast chicken biscuit has been either perfect or have an odd solid texture to the meat. I was in the queue for breakfast at 10:21 when reached the window at 10:30 the clock turned over to 10:31 and the lady said "oh I'm sorry we called breakfast at 10:30". REALLY! So after being in line for 10 minutes I was flat told no and yes had the line moved 60 seconds faster I would have been fine!
