Tried to stop in for a quick meal on the way home. Failed. Because this is not fast food. They weren't particularly busy, but they were shortstaffed. The employees were working hard, and were friendly and professional, but just couldn't keep up. That's a management issue. We waited 20 minutes for our food (Happy Meal and chicken sandwich, nothing special.) I almost went up and asked how to cancel our order. Which brings up another issue: those damn kiosks. They really push them, and they suck. The touch screen was iffy. The menu is annoying. They keep pushing upgrades, some of which are ridiculous. E.g., the one that asked if I wanted to upgrade for 40 cents, and showed two pictures that looked exactly the same with zero explanation. Upgrade to what? Let's face it, I'm not a McDonald's fan anyway. The only reason I come is because we have a kid. Happy Meals are as addictive as heroin, apparently. I can always find something to eat, a burger or chicken sandwich, but I never come here willingly. When I come, it's to get something quickly. Didn't happen here. I got the deluxe chicken sandwich, and it was fine. Sustenance. Fries were lukewarm and had no salt, and the ONLY thing I kinda like at McDonald's is the fries, freshly cooked and salty. So, fail. Baby K liked her Happy Meal, and I do appreciate options like apple slices for her. We also got a limited time cheese Danish, and it was fine. Not great, but fine. They now offer an adult Happy Meal, and it is... nothing special and expensive. Pass. Maybe try one of the half-dozen other fast food places nearby. Staff was exceptionally friendly. Which leads me to an overly whelmed disappointment. The strips were shaped like nuggets, and cooked hard. Items left out and fries stale after waiting what felt like a desert day. The lemonade was clear. I believe I was served lemon water. Items were missing as well. read more

I ordered from the app today. I appreciated the 20% discount I got as a perk for using app. I appreciated earning loyalty points for using app. The app was a bit clunky and didn't do a good job in allowing me to customize my order. My server was friendly, my order came out quickly. The food tasted good but wasn't as hot as I prefer. Catsup dispenser had no catsup but I was given plenty of packets. Over all not a bad experience. I stopped in today because I had a craving for a Big Mac. I enjoyed it, though would have enjoyed it even more if I was able to customize it just the way I wanted AND if there wasn't the 40 cent charge for extra sauce. Service is a 100 times better than decades ago; cleaner and much nicer than EVER BEFORE now! It is kind, pleasant place in the morning fo sure! Worth noting it is nice to see the SAME employees that worked there BEFORE the PanEpidemic still working here! It lets me KNOW that this employer VALUES its employees and they must be taking care of their health and wages! I live about 10 minutes from this McDonalds so naturally I frequent it. There has not been one single time where I have had an overall decent experience here, you either wait in the line for 30 minutes with absolutely nobody else in line, you don't get half your order, the employees have an attitude for no reason. ZERO STARS! Showed up here at 11:15 at night for a snack and a drink. Person ahead of me gets helped and then I proceeded to wait at the speaker for more than ten minutes, no one came on to offer any service so I drove around to the window and the overnight staff was arguing like a bunch of mindless two year olds. Several minutes after watching the preschool battle happen a woman who I could only assume was the night manager came to the window, I asked if I could order something and informed her that there was myself and several other cars waiting to which she very rudely replied that she was not going to take my order and if I wanted anything to go get back in line. If I was the franchise owner of this McDonald's the entire night staff would be fired and I would run on a limited schedule until there were competent people to fill the positions. McDonald's may be garbage food with little nutritional value, but I nonetheless love it. I particularly love the Filet-o-Fish. It's probably mostly not fish, but what are you going to do about it? McDonald's French fries are also in the top tier of fast food. This particular McDonald's location is a little below par by McDonald's standards. This store and the twit working the drive thru at 9:30 PM Friday January 15th are the reason why there should not be a $15/hour minimum wage. I ordered a #6 nugget meal large with a coke and an additional medium coke. They did not get the medium coke and refused to give it to me. If I could give this location no stars I would. Every single time I come to this location, the wait in line is 15+min even if they're not busy. The food is always cold and or stale. I was there yesterday, waited in line for 10 min. They took the order in front of me and next to me then when it came time for me to order, they said "we are shut down temporarily for an hour". Where to begin. If you are from out of town, and you have stopped to stay near, DO NOT stop here. If you live close by, DO NOT go here. Rude, disrespectful, and they serve cold food with no thought what so ever. We asked for our money back, and only got some of it because they didn't give us the money for drinks. We weren't lovin' this place during our visit today! The Golden Arches get a double frown from us. To start off, we aren't sure what we did to piss off the order taker but she was either having a bad day or fresh off death row. We had to repeat multiple parts of our order and it was neither confirmed nor was it friendly. We were quickly given a total and told to pull up. We paid and were given a very sarcastic "have a nice day" as if this was a major inconvenience to her. Arriving at the second window, we were ignored for over 3 minutes before our order was practically thrown at us. We then discovered that we were not given straws for the drinks or spoons for the oatmeal. We attempted to discuss our experience with the manager who not only yelled at her employees but didn't seem to care one iota about what we're saying and was simply patronizing us and nodding along. Apparently there was a movie playing behind us, as all of the employees gathered around the window to hear our complaint. We finally just gave up, accepted our fate and headed home.
