I've been there a few times and it wasn't bad or great. But today.. for my curbside order they got the special order burger right but brought the wrong size drink, it wasn't sweet tea like I ordered it was straight tea, even then the tea was so extremely watered down it had to mean that glass was sitting around a long time while the ice melted, the fries were cold and they gave me no napkins. Also I ordered via the app to get monopoly pieces and got nothing. That's a lot of poor service mistakes !! read more

My husband broughta large, hot, McDonald's black coffee while I'm in the hospital, and just allowed my first meal. I always loved McDonald's coffee...., until today. I get thru drinking a good bit of coffee and took a big gulp, only to get a mouthful of coffee grounds! I immediately got sick, trying to get the grounds out of my mouth. It was an inch deep so they HAD to have seen this! No receipt, as usual and I can't go in to the store since I'm still in the hospital. My husband would lose his cool if he goes back! I went through the drive through for breakfast after an OB appointment and the woman in the drive thru was so rude. I misspoke and wanted correct part of my order and she signed loud at me and then was rushing me. Pulled up to the window and was annoyed I asked for a receipt, then get to the window to get the food and the girl is rushing so much that she nearly makes me drop one of the drinks. Then slams the window shut and the next thing I know she opens the window and thrusts the bag at me. Not one pleasant person to be found. I never have a good experience here. This McDonald's was fast and efficient on a recent, busy Saturday morning. My food was up and ready in minutes. The coffee was hot as hell, but I guess that's good. I don't drink coffee, but my wife does and I could barely hold the cup. They should offer cardboard cup holders. The food was cheap and tasty, as per usual. I ordered a large coffee, four cheeseburgers, one plain hamburger, a kids meal with nuggest, fries, and chocolate milk, and four additional McNuggets. The total was $11.46 and everyone was happy when we returned to the volleyball tournament with McDonald's. Good stuff! read more

ALWAYS check your order when visiting this location! After waiting in line for 30 minutes I get home and find that my order was shorted... AGAIN. Ho w do you forgrt 4 hashbrowns? The employees there can't count their "balls" twice and get the same number! I would stop going there but there are NO other breakfast options in the area. I went to McDonald's today to purchase 2 hot fudge sundaes and one ice cream cone for my baby. I was told there was no cones available today. So I ordered ice cream in a cup and was charged for a sundae without toppings. When I inquired about why I was being charged for a sundae when it was actually a cone without a cone. It took over 20 minutes to get through the drive-through line and finally get my food and this was at 3:40 in the afternoon, not lunch or dinner rush. The person in front of me received my order and gave it back to the employee because it was not hers. That employee gave me the same order after the previous customer had touched and had it in their hands and vehicle. The employee then admitted that it was the same bag that she handed to the previous customer but refused to make me a new one. After seeing it wasn't going to go anywhere I took the food, but did not consume it, it went in to the trash! That is unacceptable, especially now that an employee would try to give you food that had already been given to another customer in their car. After that customer grabbed the bag with possibly unsanitized hands, opened it, breathed on it...I'm still offered the same exact bag! This has happened to me before this current virus and I did not accept it then...why would I accept it now? Terrible service 20-30 min. Drive-thru wait and the doors are locked. They will not let Door Dashers use the pick-up option like some McDonalds and it makes us late on pick-up and delivery. How is this place still in business? Every time I go here I get so frustrated with the service. I ordered a large unsweet tea, small fries and 4 piece chicken nuggets and had to wait in the drive thru line for over 20 minutes after I already paid to get my order. After I pulled away from the window I realized they gave me a sweet tea instead of unsweet. There is no way I'm going to go back through the line to get my order corrected. They will not let anyone in the store so the only thing I could do was throw away the tea that I just paid for and waited over 20 minutes for. You people really need to pay attention to what your doing. If this was the first time something like this happened I wouldn't have left a bad review but things like this happen constantly at this location. On top of all that the fries were not salted. Worst McDonald's ever!! Ordered 3 items- all were wrong through drive thru. Called manager Teri said just come back next day will give you 2 certificates for meal deals. Went to pick up, manager acted like she didn't know what I was talking about, in the end gave me 2 cards for sandwiches. Don't go here. Almost every single time I've been here, my order has been messed up. I am a vegetarian and have been for years, so I actually don't like to go to McDonald's since their selection for me is very limited. But sometimes I make an exception. I went in and ordered two cheeseburgers with no meat or pickle, and add mayo and lettuce. I sit down and wait, and before long they bring it out, only for them to have completely messed it up. Not only did I get meat, but they didn't even give me a bun. So I go up to the counter and explain what I want, politely of course because I work in customer service myself and I understand how rude people can be. So they tell me they'll bring it out, and I sit back down and wait. They bring out my new 'sandwiches', only for them to give me the EXACT SAME THING. I normally cook breakfast at home, but every once in a while if i'm heading into work early I stop by Mcdonalds and grab breakfast. Never again. a few months ago I went in and ordered a bacon egg and cheese bagel, the bagel was cold, not even toasted and was not very good. I did complain and was offered a "free' replacement meal. I never claimed this meal as I really never eat here. Today I thought I would try again, I had seen a commercial for the mcgriddle and it looked good. Where do I begin. Well every time I'm here It takes 10 minutes to get my food and they just sit there and talk and socialize instead of make my food. Once I didn't get my mcflurry for 20 minutes after my food and I saw an employee go make a mcflurry and they ate it I was livid so I told the manger I stood there for 20 minutes and then she made it. Then today I went there and I only got some pancakes and 4 people got there stuff before me and they had more not to mention my pancakes were freezing and hard like they had been sitting out for days. The only thing this McDonald's has going for it is its location. The wait at the drive-thru is usually ridiculous. Their ice cream machine is always down, so you can never get any Frozen McCafe drinks, milkshakes, sundaes or ice cream.
