Normally my experience here is really great. But I came in this morning and I was 20 cents short. So the woman and I don't know her name I wish I did but she didn't have a name tag on and it wasn't on my receipt actually I didn't get one I just got like a sticker that was ripped on my bag anyhow so she said you just want to take the espresso shot out? And I'm like or no I'd like to change it to oatmeal and a couple senior coffees and she said it's too late to change it now and I'm like what do you mean? She said it's just too late to change it I just take the espresso shot out it's a dollar so I take it out which I really needed the espresso shot mind you LOL but I took that out and she gave me a dollar 56 back in change so I could have actually kept the espresso shot but like I said I could have gotten the oatmeal which did not show on the menu at the kiosk it only showed on the menu up front which I hardly ever look at because I expect everything to be on the kiosk. So This Woman's attitude about 20 cents and then not letting me change my order making me take the espresso shot off which I needed because I'm trying to get over a severe concussion from a seizure and caffeine is the only thing that helps the pain and helps me be more alert. So it was just like dodging bullets today just trying to get my breakfast what I wanted not what she wanted. In general I love this store and I love the employees this one woman in particular I do not know her name but she woke up on the wrong side of the bed as did I but no need to take it out on other people or be cantankerous or difficult. As I stated this woman is the exception to the rule. I love coming in here with a friendly staff and being able to get 50 Cent coffees with refills it's awesome. But this one woman needs to be checked out I asked for her name and they said that was privileged information so I guess she belongs to the Secret Service or something. LOL read more

The customer service is terrible. The last two days iv went and they were very unhelpful and rude. I order my breakfast at 10:30 for pick up on a Sunday and got there at about 11 they told me they couldn't do the order since it was past 11 but that was the whole reason I ordered it 30 mins earlier. They said they will refund it but it won't come through for 2-7 days. Just not good customer recovery as a store in whole as someone who works in food service. read more

Got cussed out infront of my disabled children because I was told to come in the store to replace a hashbrown and was not able to do so because the kids I have cant sit in the car themselves. It was the worst experience I've ever had. All over a hashbrown her employee didn't ring in correctly. But when I say a meal... and she doesn't ring it up as so how am I to blame? I have been to this place so many times and every time something happens I go there one time and I'm being accused of not paying even tho the same person that I gave my card to gave me my food another time I come there I have to wait almost an hour to get me my food another time I order a ten piece chicken nugget for my kid and when I get home there is 10 shriveled up nuggets and cold fries they are so slow and the people there are so rude even when you are paying I come and they drop my receipt and will not print me a new one so I have to get out of my car and get it and the people there are always rude what happened to them being nice to the people that trying get food there read more

Went through drive thru 5 mins ago. Only ordered large sweet tea. Got my cup and it was only 3/4 of the way full. This has happened several times. If I only wanted a medium I would have ordered that. Also the pickup window lady looked like she was having a crappy day. She was not a happy camper. Y'all need to remind them about customer service. They have maggots inside their Espresso machine I suggest you not get no coffee drinks there. They also have black mold growing inside the fry hopper along with many many more health issues. Sauces that are supposed to be kept cold sits out all night and goes bad they don't throw it away they use the spoiled sauces to put of your breakfast sandwiches and you lunch sandwiches They like to take trash out then also turn around and make your food without washing there hands If I was you I'd never never eat there again. I know this because I worked there they also haven't cleaned the frappa machine the right way in a very very long to there is mold all inside so when you get your frappa or smoothy your also getting slim and mold along with it. read more

The service in Enon is terrible. There were lines of people and the worker asked what they got instead of calling out the orders number. We nearly got into an altercation in line because a lady tried to take our order! We told the counter help to check the number on the order. Went into the dining room for dinner last week and it was very dirty. There was trash all over the floor. It wasn't even busy. We just left the drive thru after waiting 30 minutes for ice cream. We got our money back and was never apologized too. Many people left the line. And others went inside also to get their money back. I went through and ordered a breakfast sandwich and an iced coffee... went to the window and was left there for like 7 minutes... finally they come to the window and pulled me to the other window and said my food will be fresh. So I pulled up and waited like 15 minutes while like 20 cars got there food and drove off. Then dude brings me my food and hands me my iced coffee.. the ice was completely melted where it had been sitting. He said I had a free meal card for my wait and shut the window before I could complain about my watery iced coffee. So I pull around... wait in line all over again and finally get to the window and I said they handed it to me with melted ice. This the worst McDonalds restaurant I have ever encountered. Their employees are poorly trained and their food quality and service speak to that issue. I ordered 2 big macs and a drink. Both of the big macs had meat that was past their holding time, dry, cold, and basically disgusting. The sandwich was not even built properly. There was nothing between the middle piece of bread and the crown(top of the sandwich). All items were placed between the heel (bottom) of the bun and the middle piece of bread. Having worked at McDonalds when I was younger, I know they have better standards than this.. Furthermore, I only went to the adjacent lot from the drive thru to eat....so to have my food be this cold and disgusting was beyond belief. I didn't bother to complain to them because I know they couldn't fix it in any way that would satisfy me. I will never return to this McDonalds and if you want any decent food, I would advise finding another place to eat. read more
