Skip this one and pick one a few miles down the road, or try Jacks across the street. The employees are horrible, management is a joke. They left our sauces out of our order and my 9yo went to the counter to get them. The "manager" completely ignored her for 3-4 minutes but then when a Boomer Karen walked up he ran to the counter to help her. Kids are people, too, and all she wanted was the honey mustard that should have been in the bag to begin with. In addition, my burger was cold, most of the fries had bad black spots on them, and the restaurant and bathrooms were disgusting. But the "manager" was definitely the #1 reason we will keep driving next time we are in this part of the state. read more

This used to be my go to spot for my coffee but it has gone downhill so fast in these past few months. Today I got my coffee, steak and egg biscuit and a biscuit and gravy for the husband, there was NO biscuit in the B&G and my steak biscuit was thrown unwrapped in the bottom of the bag. Good luck EVER getting them to answer the phone there or honoring any " we owe yous" Every single order has had something missing and not once have they honored the "we owe you" bs so sadly I must say good bye to my favorite coffee because this has just gone beyond ridiculous and prices are too high now to be wasting on a company who doesn't care. If I could rank all of the McDonalds I've ever been to, this would be at the bottom of the list. Like the very bottom. First off.. the drive through layout is horrible and I wouldn't be surprised if accidents happen frequently. Second, the parking lot is so small that if the line is longer than 5 cars, it goes into to the neighboring gas station. Another accident waiting to happen.. Thirdly, there is always a problem with the order, especially when we've tried to order via the app. It's 2021 folks... it should t be that hard to figure out. But apparently it is. And yet I'm surprised each and every time. So do yourself a favor and go to Jacks across the street. read more

So, this one is again a necessary evil in my journeys, looking for a little snack and something to drink while I'm driving. This actually looks like a newer location, judging by the outside appearance only. The person taking the order didn't go out of their way to sound friendly while taking the order, they sounded like they were just there. The person filling the order and taking the money, kind of the same. Maybe slightly better than the order taker, but marginal. Not a total flop, signature sweet tea at a good price and the fires were warm, but if they had about another minute under the heat lamp they should've been tossed. Really convenient on/off the highway to get a drink/snack and some gas at the station next door. read more

My wife and I went through the drive-thru for coffee. The employee at the window handed my wife the first coffee and the lid was not on all the way. It spilled down my wife's hand, arm, and leg, including inside our vehicle, scalding my wife's hand. The employee looked at the young man behind her and said "you didn't put the lid on all the way." He, the other employee, began laughing about it. When my wife asked to speak to the manager, the young man identified himself as the manager. My wife asked for his name where he replied, "I don't have to give you my name." (He was not wearing a name tag either.) I began recording with my phone at this point, where I have a recording of him admitting to laughing, not giving his name, and then lying about laughing when he realized he was being recorded. We did not, at the least, receive an apology. read more

This used to be the best McDonalds around and the last few months it has went down hill terribly. They never can open on time, all of their machines are always broken, and they have bad attitudes. This morning they were supposed to be open at 05:00. I'm here at 05:45 and they just opened. They didn't open the drive through , just the lobby. Another 20 min for food while the manager yells and talks bad about all her employees and isn't even in uniform. Never again. This is a McDonald's that should be studied and replicated by corporate. The service was exceptional, and unmatched by any other fast food restaurant I've been to. It is refreshing to walk into a fast food restaurant where you can tell the employees actually care about the service they provide. I applaud the franchise owner/manager for hiring American high school kids instead of outsourcing their labor to people who don't even speak your language. read more

I have gone to this McDonalds drive through since June of 2007. Over the past 3 years service has gone from great (it was fabulous service when Lane Brasher was the morning manager) to THE WORST EVER (man named Ray is the manager now). Our order is rarely correct....either we have the wrong sandwich or more frequently WE ARE MISSING PART OF THE ORDER. Like this morning, we go to get breakfast and get home and the biscuit is missing from the meal. It's not easy to drive back and get it. I call to complain for the first time and say I want my money back ($11.85 and I have to drive there 2 times? The manager Ray tells me he will give me my money back only if I bring back all the items.....but, hey, RAY!!!!!....the items are MISSING.). I asked for his supervisor's name and number and he gives me Ashley Cable 205/516-5513. It went straight to voice mail. Really? I had the unpleasant experience of a manager with an attitude. We pulled up to the drive-thru to the usual automatic spill about the daily special, then are told to begin our order. I get halfway thru and am asked to please hang-on a second. After the third round of trying to place our order I asked if we should go somewhere else. The person on the other side says sure thats up to us. As we are pulling around we see the manager standing at the first window waving at us as we go by. As someone who has been in a managerial position and had numerous other people working under me I cant imagine a company that would like this kind of representation.We go inside to get a complaint card and she comes to the front saying she doesnt have to serve us like we have done something to offend her. Fortunately, there are other locations we can patronize because as long as shes there we wont be returning. read more
