Hilarious, they still have their Christmas lights hanging up in May. They were very busy and understaffed. Our overworked server was run ragged. I ordered a cup of gumbo along with the shrimp and grits, and I thought I was dining down in New Orleans. It was some of the best gumbo I have eaten outside of Louisiana. The cookies were large and decent enough. I wish there'd been more pecan pieces, and for my preference, they were a little too thin/crunchy. I like my cookies a little bit softer, especially in the center. Still, they were fine cookies.
