Benji's rating: (3/5), It's ok, but not the best. I eat here a lot, mostly because of the location. I tried a Bic Mac for the first time a few weeks ago and fell in love with it. They get my order right most of the time, and are fast enough that I don't mind waiting in the line. I have had a couple of bad experiences though. One day I ordered the spicy deluxe chicken sandwich meal, but only got the normal sandwich, despite being charged for the deluxe. And on another day I waited for over 5 min at the order station (or whatever it's called) before someone finally answered to take my order. I know 5 min isn't a lot, but watching the other lane go through 5 different people while you're stuck waiting to be acknowledged is frustrating. But overall, it's a decent restaurant. read more

Sat in the drive-thru for 20-minutes, ordered a Quarter Pounder with Cheese meal with a Coke (Easy) and was asked to pull forward and wait. i waited another 10-minutes while seven cars behind me received their food, and was then rewarded with a cold hamburger and really cold fries. One of the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. They took my order 4 or 5 times and still managed to get it wrong. The employees that work here really need a lesson on customer service on how to be respectful and kind to customers. Instead of acting like they hate their life and their job and being disrespectful and rude with the tone of voice and with how they speak to customers. Every time I come the wait is so long and the food I order is 95% of the time not made correctly or something is left out of the bag. The McDonald's at 810 Archway Dr, Statesboro, GA has got to be the worst there is. I witnessed employees horse playing during lunch rush and they even ran through the prep area, cashier's area like they were running from each other all while foul language was being exchanged. Apparently, this location needs lots of supervision. Someone could have gotten really hurt if they had fallen in such a small and busy area. I normally go to the drive thru and the service seems faster but decided to go inside since the drive thru was backed up and now I know why. This happened on Tuesday, August 22nd between 11:56AM and 12:15PM. My order number was 202. I will be calling the Manager to report this as well along with filling out my survey. The only person that was doing their job or trying to by avoiding all of the stuff going on around her was the cashier. I placed a mobile order, paid for it at 11:50PM. The app stated that the store was open 24 hours. I pull up at 11:59pm there are cones blocking both drive ways, I pull up to the window the guy tells me they're closed with no explanation. He told me to get a refund thru the app, which there isn't an option to do so. So I'm out of my money and no food for my daughter. I hate it here. I'm really annoyed about my experience with this location. It seems as if the managers can close up a restaurant whenever they want. That's not fair. read more

Literally the worst customer service ever. Everyone acts miserable and they go out there way to be rude it's like they were never trained to interact with customers or just people in general. and whatever you do DONT go here at night time they're even more rude and frustrated and it's almost unbelievable. They will close lobby ridiculously early like once i went around 9:30 and i went in and they said it was closed. despite online it saying they are open 24/7. This place needs new management or new employees in not sure what it is. I had to wait to get my food in a parking spot which was no big deal but then they forgot all the sauces I asked for at the window so they had to go back inside to get them. My fries are so undercooked they literally are soggy. Neither of the McDonald's in statesboro are good what so ever. read more

Order food in Drive-thru. Got sent to a reserved parking spot to wait while our food was being made. Waited 20 minutes to get food. I had to go and obtain the food from inside. I found out they gave our order to the car next to us, and had to remake it all. Managers were just standing around talking about a barbershop. Worst customer service ever. Waited over 20 minutes for my small caramel iced coffee. They were shouting back there that no one knew how to make it. After getting tired of waiting sitting down, I got up and went to the counter. I was completely ignored. They made eye contact with me but they'd either walk away or turn their backs. So I waited some more. I guess the manager on duty got tired of me standing there and flipped around and told one of the girls to make it... So you mean to tell me no one was making it this entire time or looking up how to make it? Were they hoping I'd forget about it and leave? After a few more minutes, they handed over my drink. Terrible drive thru service. Some people just need to be fired. I sat in the outside drive thru while never being ask for my order. Several cars in the other lane passed they after giving their orders. Then when I told them what had happened the girl at the window didn't even acknowledge I was talking to her. I would have never thought a McDonalds could be this bad but they proved me wrong. The wait time for two drinks was ridiculous. It was in drive-thur but we sat about 10 mins after paying for a sweet tea and a vanilla ice coffee. When we finally got our drinks, there was no "sorry for your wait" because the crew was too busy chatting with each other. When my husband asked for a straw we were greeted with a "Are you serious?" look like we were bothering the woman. They're supposed to be open 24 hours but they decide to stop taking orders whenever they please. The line is always extremely long because they put crates in the second line so nobody can order in it. This McDonalds needs new management and new employees. Do not go here after like 10 pm because I waited in line for 30 mins before I even got up to the drive through ordering and after I repeated my order 3 times I waited 10 more mins before even moving up a spot.
