The Most Unpleasant Visit Ever!!!!! BUGS IN FOOD!!!! i am highly upset!!Monday after work around noon I came in to order a chicken salad with queso. Walking in the staff was very unfriendly,just staring at me as I'm walking in not even a slight smile... nothing . But, that was the least to my concerns. I told the worker exactly what I wanted they were out of a variety of supplies when I arrived. When I got home I opened my chipotle bowl and started eating not only until I was halfway finished I saw a bug of some sort moving along in queso. Chipotle Mexican Grill - HUGE BUG - Fast Food Near Me - Statesboro, Georgia

I ordered online and went to pick it up in Statesboro GA. I've had problems with the staff here before. When I got home I realized they left items out. Since I could not contact the restaurant on the phone I drove back to the drive thru lane. The same employee as before. I asked to speak to the manager and when she finally showed up I begin to explain the issue. The employee started to swear at me saying F you I don't F care. I clearly stated to the manager that I just wanted my items but the employee continued to insult me with the manager standing there. After several minutes they finally handed over my items with the manager never apologizing and letting the employees berate me. This is disgraceful behavior. read more

Very unfriendly staff, barely civil. The food was OK but dining area was very dirty and we had to ask for napkins and straws since they were out in the beverage area. This was my 2nd visit and I won't be back. The employees were just so very miserable with customer service I'm done. read more

They were out of six different ingredients, including guacamole, peppers, barbecue and I can't remember the rest. When I asked them why they couldn't post something like that on the door or the overheard menu, the employees said that it was a company policy which I know that I've seen notices before for the barbecue on both the door, and on the overhead menu. When I asked for the manager, they said that they didn't have a manager and when I asked for whoever's in charge, I guy came from outside told me he was supervisor and was extremely rude, and actually suggested that I had been smoking weed which did not make any sense since the whole notice thing and being out of ingredients would be a bigger sign that someone was on weed and someone's who's upset for wasting 15 minutes in line was-a clear sign that I wasn't. The employees were polite and told me that all the managers had quit. The supervisor was not professional or polite in any way shape or form. And what kind of policy would state that you couldn't post a notice for six different primary menu items. read more

I have waited over 20 minutes in the drive thru. The service is so slow and the food comes cold. They could really do so much better.

Most of my experiences with this chipotle have been terrible. To list the issues I have found bones in the chicken, always out of several ingredients, small portions,etc. To top it off after the bone experience I've switched to steak and have tried to order steak from this chipotle five times in the past two weeks and they haven't had steak a single time along with several other ingredients. They are always out of items including employees. It would possibly be a little easier to be understanding if the 3 employees that do show up were somewhat motivated however Ray Charles can see that these employees don't want to be there. Obviously this location has a severe management problem. It would probably be better if they would just close their doors and re-purposed the building. Hard for me to believe that in a university town of 26,000 students. This is the best chipotle can do. Today was my third visit at this location recently and the problems are consistent. We were able to finally eat inside this location yesterday. On two previous trips to this location, the inside ordering and dining area was closed. So, we order our bowls and get up to the register to pay. We try to order a bag of chips to only be told that they were short staffed and only online orders were able to order chips. WHAT???? Sadly, this Chipotle is in my hometown and is the worst Chipotle I have ever eaten at. Do yourself a favor, instead of eating here, go across the Walmart parking lot and eat at Surcheros! read more

I typically enjoy chipotle restaurants so I was looking forward to one in town. However, they were out of a few things already. Then when my total came up 17.06$ for one person btw, I handed the cashier a twenty and was getting the change. She then said I already typed in the amount. I said ok well I was getting change and you can just give me 3$ back when I give you .06 cent. She said no that won't work. I said it will be the same amount of money in the cash register and she said, no it won't. Ok so it's a math problem haha. Wild how horrible the food was for how short a time it's been open. Rice was incredibly salty, they put an insane amount of sour cream over the entire bowl (super thin consistency too), the pork was greasy and basically unseasoned, and the chips (which cost extra) were stale. I forced myself to eat it because of how expensive it was and even then I couldn't get myself to finish. If you want Tex Mex go to Surchero's it's literally a 2 minute walk away. So I went there yesterday and there was a sign on the door saying they were closed (no reason given, this was lunchtime) but that you could still order from the digital app and do digital pickup. So we stood outside in the heat, downloaded the app, ordered our food and waited the 10 minutes it said it would take to make the food. Then we drive up to the drive-thru window only to be told that they had some kind of health emergency and had to throw out all their food and start over. So they couldn't fill our order. The employee was nice and told us how to get a refund. Still working on that refund. What I don't get is why their sign said they could still fill digital orders when they obviously couldn't. I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 because when I've eaten there before the food tasted good. read more

My god I have had it with this place. The protein portions are RIDICULOUS for what you pay and it is literally always this one dude that is working that skimps you. He has skimped me and everyone I know that has been. Can't wait to never come here again.
