It should be obvious as it's mush if they forget. But the saga continues. Our first visit was great! My wife and I enjoyed our Friday lunch date so much. I had the ham and cheese sandwich with broccoli and cheese soup. My wife had the Reuben with Chicken Pot Pie soup. Everything was wonderful, including the table service. We will definitely go back again. read more

I have to say that the prices are ridiculous! my husband had a half a chicken salad sandwich and cup of soup and a drink. I ordered chicken salad sandwich and side salad with a drink and a piece of cake. $42 dollars! We could have gotten Steaks at a steakhouse. barely any chicken salad on the sandwiches!! I came in tonight at approximately 8:43, 17 minutes before closing and before I was even about to speak a rude employee mentioned with an attitude that they were closing up and only had drinks. Not once did she greet me nor did she have proper customer service like telling me "take care and have a good night". If you do not want to encounter this rude behavior (this was my second time coming to this location) avoid the girl with black hair in a bun at night! Very rude and unprofessional, I am upset and will be calling corporate tomorrow to question their ethics on customer service with employees. I could totally see if I came in at 8:55 but I didn't and the door was still unlocked so that gave me the false perception that they were open for service. My mom came into town and wanted to eat at McAlister's. She's a regular at the McAlister's back home and she wanted to get herself a BLT+A. What she ended up being served was a frankly sad portion with some incorrect ingredients. When she went to talk to the manager, Meghan, said that it was a normal portion. I visited at least 4 times and after the second time, I ask for a fresh baked potato with toppings. at some time you would think they would hear me when I ask for a fresh potato. Great service at the counter (to go order..) but that's really the only good thing I have to say about this experience. I opted for a classic turkey with pepper jack cheese and got the hubs a McAllisters club, which is turkey ham and bacon on wheat. My sandwich was on a baguette and was probably 5" long. What a joke! For 7 bucks, I expected something bigger than a kid's size. The lettuce was so old it was completely brown and the tomatoes were not fresh either. They heated it up (gross) so when I got home I had a lukewarm mini sandwich with no veggies because I had to take them off. The hubs club looked like something from an elementary school cafeteria. When they say wheat bread, they mean Walmart quality slices of bread. Really, it was almost comical for the price they charged. Nearly $18 for to very poor quality sandwiches. They make Jimmy Johns and Firehouse seem like fancy restaurants. I also had to wait about 10 minutes for the two sandwiches to be made. Don't get wrong I am a huge fan of McAlister's Deli however this location is missing a lot. First off I ordered a French Dip. The meat was not the usual roast beef I receive at every other McAlister's I visit. On top of that you could not even chew the meat replacement.
