I don't know if it's because I was starving or because I'd never had poutine before this (so I have nothing to compare it to), but McDonalds was a lifesaver when I was walking back to my hotel nearby. It was 10PM and I was huuungry, so we got the late night snack. It was a smaller serving than I expected it to be, and the fries were undercooked, but it got the job done. Decent sized location in the Guildford area, across the street from the mall. Parking is plentiful in the lot. The dining room is quite large and modern looking but closes early (coronavirus), so drive thru is the way to go at night. Fortunately they let my buddy and I sit in the outside patio, which is nice. The drive thru gets pretty busy, as it seems like there aren't too many other options in the area. The burger I had hit the spot and felt good. read more

We did not have a good experience here. They almost never give you the right order. It's more worth it to go to a different McDonalds

It took 20 minutes to get a simple order, and it wasn't even busy. The staff were not courteous or polite. One staff member went from cashier (taking cash payments to assembling burgers - without wearing gloves or washing his hands - I saw the entire thing). There was literally someone smoking meth by the entrance, and a homeless person in a sleeping bag right by the window. We were there with a three year old girl. The women's restroom was closed, and the three year old needed to use the restroom, and since the women's restroom was closed, I asked if we could use the family restroom. The staff indicated that they didn't have a key. We tried to use the men's restroom, which looked and smelled so disgusting - broken mirrors and soap dispensers, drug paraphernalia on the counters, urine on the floor and feces on the toilet seat. Both soap dispensers were broken, and all of the hand sanitizer dispensers were either empty or broken - during cold/flu season. Not child friendly due to a drug user by the door and a homeless person in a sleeping bag by the window in the play area. The high chairs had dried out French fries on them, and the family/woman's restroom was closed, so we didn't have access to a change table. As a result, our daughter had to wet/soil her diaper despite her recent advances with toilet training. Truly a disgrace. We ended up leaving without eating the "fast food" we waited 20 minutes for because we were so disgusted. This location is a disgrace to the franchise read more

I am impressed with McDonald's new renovations. The self ordering kiosks and listing which order is being served sure makes the experience more efficient. Also, the new seating area is more inviting. I usually only buy the classics and have yet to try many of the newer menu items. I like to relive my childhood moments at McDonald's and do not stray far from the cheeseburgers and chicken nuggets. The restaurant was somewhat clean. It seems like always a challenge in many of the fast food restaurants. read more

Yes, I am reviewing a McDonalds location. Bite my big ass. I decided to go on a late night walk to get something to eat. I wasn't particularly up for getting Subway or Tim Horton's. I went with the unhealthier option. I ate in-restaurant. I ordered my usual Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese. They took quite a long time to bring my meal and place it on the foodtray. Came in to use the wifi, and had a bite to eat.. My pet peeve about this McDonald's, is this wierd thing the counter people do to get you up to the counter to get your order... There is a large space between the counter and the food area and people desperately try to stand as far back as they can so as to try and figure out the menu wilst not being under the pressure of anyone behind them, and the counter people are waving at you like your 100 ft away on a cruise ship railing sailing away and they think you can't see them... It's hilarious! Try this for a laugh.. Stand as far back as you can when no one is in front of you and stare at the menu board and wait for them to wave at you.. See how far back you can go before they stop doing and then wave at them... I got to the middle of the seating area... So funny... read more

Great prices, I take the kids here when I get mailed a coupon. The kids play area smells really really bad. Also some of the other kids just cry and cry in the play area. Make you feel bad for them (and wonder about their parents). Check your order. They mess those up all the time. Some order takers have a serious case of "crazy eye". Ordered Egg McMuffin meals. They said it will be delivered to the table. Waited a long time and spotted Mc employee at the far end of the restaurant totally puzzled. Mc Muffin has drastically shrunk and the price has drastically risen Not only that but arriving home I checked my bill and even though I ordered the meal there was a .10 charge for the hash browns. McDonalds at the 152nd location. Every garbage over flowing. Almost every seat and table covered in food particles or garbage cause all the garbage cans were full. After my meal went to use the washroom but no toilet paper. Went to front to request the dispensary be filled. After 10 minutes was told by an employee they had no toilet paper. Long wait in drive through (ended up walking in to ask about our order), special order wrong, standard order wrong, half fries with no salt in "super-sized" meal, one drink the wrong size. It used to be that you relied on Mcdonalds for that night that you just don't have time to cook and need to keep on the go. This Mcdonalds does not deliver. (and never answers the phone) read more

A friend and I went to this location around 9pm on a Wednesday after spending some time at the mall. The service was horrible and the lobby was disgusting. My friend waited for almost 20 minutes for her order of a pop, a burger and fries and speaking of pop, there was no lids, straws or ketchup by the pop machine where you fill up your pop. I went to go get those items from the front counter, but nobody helped me so I walked away. Looking for a table was a problem as there was no where to sit due to all the tables being covered with wrappers, cups and trays that people just left there. The floor was twice as bad as people were using it as a garbage can. The playground looked bad as I saw garbage stacked up on top of the garbage can. There was only one person working in the back and everyone was fooling around, laughing and not doing their job. Felt and looked like they were just there to socialize and not work. read more

My amazing and thoughtful husband thought he would bring me home a soothing green tea, since I've been battling a nasty cold the past few days. Lo and behold the lid from the tea wasn't secured properly and the smouldering hot tea went all over him, mostly his one hand and leg. His hand is swollen, red, even the hairs on the top of his hand are singed. My Husband mentioned how busy it was in there this morning although that is NO excuse to not do your jobs properly. We have yet to have one single enjoyable meal at this McDonald's. Anytime we've ordered there has always been at least one thing wrong with mine or my husbands meal like items missing, it's cold or we get the wrong meal in general. Needless to say we will never be going here again, I cannot wait to tell more people about our terrible experiences. I hope to see this location out of business one day, it's not like you take your jobs seriously anyways, your customer service proves that. read more
