I doubt this would even make a difference but leaving a 1 star review with the lack of help with my mobile app order that I made at 3:39 pm January 24th, went to pick up 4:05 pm for my lunch break, when I arrived it wasn't even ready, I waited about 5-8 minutes, didn't see anything so I asked the employee for help in figuring out what's up with my order, didn't even help me out much just basically go fuck myself in figuring it out, told me they couldn't make the order cause then it be for free, even though I had proof of receipt and I was for sure not going to pay again, needa start hiring workers that actually give a shit, not worker with zero empathy effort in helping customers out but just look at you not even trying to check in and make sure everything good with customer that are waiting on orders especially 10 + minutes, ridiculous af. read more

This McDonald's doesn't have it together. EVERY TIME I go through the driveway, I'm told food isn't ready and I have go park in a reserved spot and wait 10-20 min and have had to go in sometime to gather my own food that is sitting on counter cold. Absolutely ignorant!!!!! We ordered 2 fish swd, a fry & pop. Total was 13.47 got to window & gave them a BOGO coupon & order was 12.47 excuse me take off my coupon. WORST MCDONALDS!! DO NOT GO!! I had the worst experience at this McDonalds...and I didn't even eat the food!! It's a Sunday and I'm hungry. I haven't had anything to eat all day and was looking for a little quick dinner. I'm tired and I pull into the drive through....and here is where it all goes wrong. The line for the drive through is decently short (about 7 cars) but I am waiting for over 25 MINUTES and I barley move up and am STUCK IN THE LINE. I think there was only 1 worker working. If I could give zero stars I definitely would. I got a quarter pounder meal 10/10/23 and my meat was way too pink on the inside. The meat was almost like mush, and my bread was soggy. I've gone there 3 times now and every time they have asked me to go park in a reserved spot; red flag. Doesn't matter if I just order one sandwich. Today at breakfast, I ordered a meal. Was asked to go park in reserved as usual, waited 10 minutes, and they forget my hash brown. The receipt on the bag even stated "1 hash brown." 9/10 they are going to forget something even if it is right in front of their face. First time at this McDonald's. I used the app to take advantage of their Free Fries Friday promotion. I also tried the Crispy Chicken with mayo. I didn't have to wait long but the order was missing the fries (the manager gave me the fries) & I didn't know they didn't add mayonnaise until after I left the restaurant. The chicken sandwich was okay. The manager was really hustling back there to get the orders out. You rarely see employees moving quickly anymore. read more

Indoor dining here, which we haven't tried in over a year, has noticeably improved. Orders are more accurately prepared by friendly staff and one recent meal was hot and actually tasted freshly made! The last McDonalds meal that was memorable to us for being freshly made was literally over 20 years ago at a McDonalds located in Tampa. To experience one again last Friday evening in The Villages was actually a shock. We loved it and hope we don't have to wait another two decades to enjoy it again. If we could get freshly cooked hot food served by friendly staff regularly, we would be tempted to eat here more often, even if the fare isn't as healthy as other choices we might make. We go to this McDonalds because it has the kiosk. I type my order in so it's never wrong, and they then bring your food to you. Today, we're sitting, waiting for ice cream with our table marker. After a while the employee comes over to say, "Are you waiting on ice cream? It's done, it's been sitting over there for, like, a while." "Uh, okay, well...bring it over." "We don't have table service today." "The kiosk told us to take a table marker." "Well, it's wrong." So she walked over to make me walk over to get my food which had no spoons. I decided to finally try and use the McDonalds app, that let's you place your order in advance, so you basically have to pull into the designated area when you arrive, and check in with that area number, and they're SUPPOSED to bring your food to you. Well, with me, that's not exactly how it went down. first, I was told they dont have McChicken sandwiches, then they dont have Apple juice? I went inside,about 25 people were waiting in line to order, and 10 more waiting for their orders, and asked 2 employees if they knew how to change the order on the app, they both looked at me and shook their heads to and emphatic "NO!" one employee said "I dont know anything about those apps!" I asked if the manager on duty would know, they point her out to me, she said , "your Kevin, right!?" I said yes, the woman said "we have your order" and repeated it back to me, (apparantly, they DO have McChickens, and apple juice after all :-| ) here are the 2 large drink cups, the apple juice will be coming out with the rest of the order. Perfect, I went back to my truck where my family was waiting very patiently and hungry. 10 minutes passes, 10 more minutes pass, I get fed up, go back inside and explain I'm out at spot #3 still waiting for my order. I over hear them talking about "the big order" . I was asked, "You got the 2 large frys?" I said yes among other things.. she said "oh, this was rung up as a counter order." we get back home, and guess what...they forgot my daughters ape juice . Today Sept 6,2014 I went thru your Drive Thru...It took me 30 mins...to get 5 double meat burgers and 2 fries...and then they just thru them in the bag...burgers weren't wrapped...fries spilled it the bag...no Napkins...no ketchup...No Hospitality...I don't know what the problem was...but you had atleast another 6 cars behind me...and they parked me...for me to wait for my food...and then it was cold....SMH!!
