A barista wrote ~ Trash ~ on my cup.

I went to Starbucks in Lake Sumter Landing and placed an order. When I sat down to drink it, my husband noticed that the barista wrote the word Trash on my cup. I was pleasant with the baristas. I'm not sure why he would do that, but I won't be going back.

It's a 2 ( two ) times Starbucks Day. The staff are so nice here. What a difference it makes to go out of your way to a location that actually treats their customers RIGHT.

    LSL is a pleasant place.

Well to be fair, I don't really like Starbucks, but I needed a caffeine top up whilst in LSL. I didn't see any other option for a to go coffee, or a Red Bull. All I wanted was a plain black cold coffee , which one would think a quick thing to hand me for four bucks, but I got stuck behind people ordering razzle dazzle stuff. The girl who eventually calls out one's order is fully masked, which makes it difficult to make out what she is saying.

Ordered on the app outside the door and as I walked in, it was being prepared. Boom. Perfect and I'm on my way.

Customer service was a bit lacking. When I went to ask a question about the size of the drink the barista behind the line did not let me finish asking and proceeded to answer my question without having all the facts. Needless to say I left with the wrong size drink and a bit disappointed.

Five stars for being right on Town Square with outdoor seating. It's only SBUX on the three village squares. The other two have Dunkin Donuts, which I generally loathe as they don't automatically offer soy. It's up to franchise owner's discretion. Nice lady behind counter explained something interesting to me. They are busiest store in country when it comes to decaf coffee sales. Didn't know the old people liked decaf so much. But what truly drives revenues at SBUX are frappuccino type drinks, which don't really sell at this location. Gratefully, this location will remain open. It's a total shame they are not opening one at new Brownwood Square however.

    Town square parking...(I luv it)

After Siri sent us every which way and thru a gazillion roundabouts - we finally struck Sumatra Gold. Place was packed due to a home show in town square... the employees rocked it - Great service, efficient n kind. Thanks for the much needed java fix!

They do not support active military nor veterans, so you shouldn't shop here. Their coffee is overrated and over priced anyway

Pretty decent location. I have visited this place about 6 times and they have gotten my order correct. Wait times vary on how busy they get.

Centrally located to Sumpter Landing in the Villages. Outside seating is very nice. Great for people watching while enjoying a cup of java.

The coffee is excellent, but don't ask for soy milk, they give the massive "stink eye" and make you feel as if you've put them out.

It's Starbucks what's not to like. One of our favorite places when walking the square in winter months.

Renee's French Bakery at Brownwood Paddock Square is a wonderful addition to The Villages…read more Everything is freshly prepared and baked daily, and it certainly shows in the quality of the food. I recently purchased an assortment of cakes, pastries, and quiches to take to a friend's house for brunch, and every item was delicious. The pastries were light, flaky, and beautifully made. The quiches were moist and creamy with a wonderful buttery crust that practically melted in your mouth. The cakes were not only elegant and looking fancy, but also incredibly flavorful. In fact, when you take that first bite, you can close your eyes and find yourself saying, "Wow... yummy!" They were that good. The bakery itself is sparsely decorated and simple, allowing the baked goods to be the main attraction. If you're stopping by for a treat, you can purchase a coffee and pastry and enjoy it at one of the indoor tables or outside seating areas. At around $8 per item, the pastries and desserts are a bit pricey, but the quality, freshness, and taste make them worth the splurge. Pricey? Yes. Delicious? Absolutely. If you're looking for authentic French-inspired pastries, cakes, and quiches, Renee's French Bakery is definitely worth a visit.
