What could improve how about a crew that can actually read a screen and get the order right and to tell the manager that night he worked that this is only McDonald's in Troy Ohio...I'll explain It was around 10 when I pulled into the drive through and made my order i told all my friends including my sister I said let's see how bad they mess this up,so we spoke our order get it home start passing out the food and sure enough they forgot to pack all the order so we went back and told them what happened the manager came on the microphone and asked me if I was sure that we got it from that McDonald's I said seriously you're the only McDonald's in Troy Ohio how in the world did you become manager and you have no idea if you're the one I got it from.. the crew that put the order together that night dont know how to read your screens because they totally messed up one order,the burger that we told was to have absolutely no CHEESE and wouldn't you know it that sandwich had cheese on it if my son would've ate that sandwich I would have had to race him to the hospital to reverse the cheese effect it was having on him so no I'll never go back there thats the biggest joke I wannabes including the manager and yall want 15$ a hr yea right learn to read a screen some day... Awful service made everyone park in there spots and not just using the window like they are supposed too

They didn't give me my ranch and forgot my cookies and were switching people on the order machine bad little kitties

very poorly managed, 2 people were trying to talk to me through the drive thru moniter and were skipping things in my order like crazy. was very chaotic. read more

we always have to wait in a spot for our food for about 10 minutes. And Jackie one of the workers always coughs every where when using our card to pay. Not good experiences everytime. read more

My wife placed a mobile order and sat in pickup spot for 30 minutes. Staff at location did not know she was in mobile pickup spot even though she confirmed spot in mobile app. She said she could not wait any longer and wanted refund to credit card. They said they could not refund the money. I called Scott McDonalds office next day to get refund they said the order amount is pending and would drop off and not get charged. That did not happen and was charged. I called McDonalds corporate and they said the location will get back with you to resolve. They never did. Ultimately I had to dispute charge with credit card company. Everyone at McDonald's I talked to were not customer oriented and did not care that they did not fulfill our order and that we were never refunded the charge. Scotts McDonalds is not gong to get my business any more. Also filed Better business bureau complaint. Can't give 0 stars in app or I would have. Based on all the 1 Star reviews not sure this location will last out the year. read more

Ordered a BigMac and fry. Had to wait what seemed like forever, went through drive thru and they parked me in slot 4. Whe I opened my BigMac it was apparent they have a jackals for their sandwich artist. They used the bottom bun in the middle and the middle bun on the bottom. Believe me, if I had chose to eat inside I would have returned it for a remake. I hate when these fast food joints hire these imbeciles to work and constantly complain they aren't making $25 an hour. I think ti's was deliberate, hopefully this will happen to the wrong customer and the sandwich artist will be wearing the incorrectly constructed BigMac. read more

I go to this McDonald's on a regular basis and have had little to no issues. This morning, I sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes waiting for the guy ahead of me to receive service. No one ever took his order. He drove away. The second line was moving right along. I waited and yelled hello like three times and no answer and no order taker. Still the second line is speeding people through. I drove away and then tried to call them by phone to let them know that the speaker must not be working but their phone number was not working either!! Get your stuff together McDonald's!!!!! It's bad when service is less than good but when some people can get served and not others and then you can't even contact people to make them aware - That's awful. Get it together. read more

It used to be hitting McDonald's cared about service. They would treat people well and try to have the orders out pretty quickly. I remember that they used to have a target of a minute and 20 seconds between orders at drive-through, and alarms will go off if somebody had stayed in drive-through for more than five minutes. It's very surprising to me that the new McDonald's is now OK with more than 15 minute weights. That is three times larger. read more

Awful customer service especially when trying to get fast food in drive through area. Today the service was so slow a woman behind our vehicle got out of her car to go get the drinks she ordered. We patiently waited for the auto in front of us to get their small bag of food. We only ordered three cookies and and a mcflurry. I guess they don't know how to bake the cookies while people are waiting in line after they paid for their order. When we got to the final window they sent us to wait for the cookies to bake while no less than five autos passed us by. It's sickening to wait in line to be sent to a waiting spot. It's like being sent to the back of the line again. McDonald's in Tipp City is the worst!!! read more

Just stopped Out The Frigid cold weather. And seeing McDonald's was open. So I stopped by to get a drink on the way home please only to be handed a drink with no ice. And the window closed on me. So when we didn't receive the nuggets we ordered, and returned to get them, we were accused of lying essentially. And then, the best part, when a manager was called and agreed to meet and give us the food, an employee in the background was heard making snarky comments with coworkers, saying "I guess we're just giving away free food now," and "as if we aren't busy enough," seriously? what childish, rude behavior these employees have saying something like that when it was the location's fault and not ours. it's not our fault you did not do your job correctly, check your ego. Just reopened, and I can't say I'll be here anymore then I was before. Clearly over staffed now that they have monitors that take your orders, the staff don't seem to know what to do with their time and just stand around to chat and yell at kids. 233 in the afternoon on Sunday. Making a football halftime run for food to the drive-through. Greeted by two full trash cans in the line. Seven minutes to the pick up window One and a half minutes till food served. Food server did not greet or acknowledge presence. But nuggets fries and Diet Coke were fresh.. On 02-12-19 @ 05:10PM I purchased 3 Happy Meals plus 2 other meals to go. Upon arriving at home and passing out the food to my Grandkids I discovered the drinks I ordered with the Happy Meals were not in the boxes or the other bags containing the rest of our food. Upon returning to the store I was given the 3 drinks and a half hearted SORRY. Forty minutes after receiving the initial order I was able to sit down and eat a cold sandwich and fries. Believe me McDonalds french fries SUCK when they're cold! This is not the first bad experience with this location. Shame on me for going back. It wont happen again! read more

I use to come to this location quite often but now I come maybe once a month. The service here is on the slow side and the cashiers are not always attentive have to repeat orders to few several times and sometimes the orders get messed up. For the most part dining and parking lot is cleaned up. But forget about the bathrooms just don't go in there not good and this is from going in there several times towash hands it's gross in there 7 out of 10 times. read more

Great location right off I75. Narrow entrance and exit so this would not be a good stop for people with a trailer or in a big motor home. The drive thru speaker is extremely clear making it easy to understand the person taking your order. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I had questions about a new item on the menu and they took time to answer all my questions, with a smile, even though they were very busy! The food was the quality we all expect from McDonalds. Food is fine, other than breakfast. Sausage is always cold. 50% of the time, mcmuffins are burnt. 50 % of the time you say no cheese, you get cheese. Great place if you have kids. They have an indoor play place. It's not the cleanest though. read more

My husband and I stopped at tipp city mcdonalds at 6:15 am this morning on our way to cincinnati. We waited in line for over 20 min. When we got to the window we didn't get anything we ordered. I ordered a small sugar free iced coffee. I got a large regular iced coffee. I am dibetic and couldn't drink it. My husband ordered a small coffee with two splends and two creams. He got black. We ordered a sausage mcmuffin. It was so stale as to be uneatible. They have certainly gone down hill in quality and service. There is nothing fast about this place. So disappointed. read more
