Just happens that Purebred Coffee, was turning 8 years old. So they had free cookies and scones which were delicious! Coffee was great, pure not super sweet coffee (which I love) I did see that you could add added agave syrup or cane sugar available for you. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Lots of space, to have a small group.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Service wise, it was great! It was busy, but didn't take long to get my order. I would come back here to study or have another get together here!

This is the real deal - downtown Troy Ohio coffee shop and small food menu and pastries. I love having coffee 'in', served up and enjoy the aromas.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Overall a hip coffee spot with lots of seating by the coffee bar, and in the adjacent room.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The staff have fun with each other and seem to know the locals. I'm not much of a coffee drinker but the latte I got was good--currently seasonal and they make their own syrup. The sandwich left much to be desired, and it's the only food item on the menu. In my opinion, this place felt slightly overpriced and I wish there were more non-coffee options as well.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]I came for the vibes, stayed for the drink, and left rethinking my lifelong beef with Chai.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] 10/10 would betray my taste buds again.

I've been coming here once or twice a week for probably 3 years now. I really should have written a review sooner. The coffee is delicious and the staff is so kind. They have truly watched my children grow up and are so patient with my daughter who runs around the place like a maniac and plays peekaboo in their retail shirts. My kids love ordering their hot chocolates though and watching their drinks get made. Always love their pastries too! [[HIGHLIGHT]]The general vibe and ambiance is cozy with brick walls and a light up sign.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]If I ever had the time I would come and try to study.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

The best 3rd wave coffee roaster in the area, and the best food of any coffee shop in the area. PC currently uses V60 and Chemex brewers, though they also serve batch brew and create many new espresso drinks (not using single origin beans for espresso currently). Their cortados are excellent! The food is amazing: giant breakfast sandwich, or bison burger, roasted sweet potatoes, or breakfast plate, and a plethora of baked goods. Because PC partners with local growers and bakers, the prices for food are higher than prepackaged generic food. Read the menu and ask questions. I believe the prices are fair to support local businesses. The baristas are friendly and helpful if you have questions. They typically get a little crowded on weekends, but early risers will have the place to themselves.

Husband brought the family here to try something new and get mom(me) yummy coffee. This place looks very clean upon entry. They were all very friendly while got the orders of a family of 6 all togather. We got coffee cake, red velvet cream cheese muffin, blueberry muffin, chocolate bundt cake, pour over coffee, 2 hot chocolates and a rootbeer. We ate them all at home ans thry were excellent. Not dry, not over sweet. Coffee was super smooth (it was my first pour over and it is definitely a do again), the hot chocolate was so smooth (the kids even said it tasted different, super good).

This is my favorite coffee shop to go to! The inside is so fun and welcoming. The service is always friendly and the coffee is always delicious.

Purebred is a locally owned coffee shop in Troy. It's one of the few. Most other places to get coffee are at fast food restaurants. It's also a bit too costly. They're ok but aren't anything special. I had a regular size latte. It was made with macadamia milk. This was $5 for just this. For this you could get a couple of coffees somewhere else. The good thing was its taste. Atmosphere is probably the best thing about it. This seems to be a pretty good place for reading or working. The coffee can get expensive. It's good considering it's in Troy. The shop is right on the square where you can park and then walk.

The coffee is very bitter. I've tried multiple types and I just don't like it, and it just doesn't feel very welcoming.

Our boys' ice cream was accidentally made without the Oreos, and while mistakes happen, what impressed us most was how Tiffany handled it. She was walking around checking on guests, asked how everything was, and immediately made it right with a smile and a genuinely positive attitude. She also mentioned how hard the team works to keep the restaurant clean, especially the restrooms, and I have to agree the bathrooms were spotless and very well maintained. Tiffany was incredibly kind, friendly, and professional. It's employees like her who make people want to come back. Great food, excellent service, and a clean restaurant. Tonight, as is often the case, the side salad was in the bag on top of the hot food. If it had stayed there for the twenty minute ride home, it would have been well and truly wilted. I removed it but it was late, and dark, and I didn't see that the salad was also not fresh: some of the lettuce had black slimy bits. The raspberry topping was missing from the order. When I went inside the store to get the raspberry topping, the kid who was helping me tried to give me a packet of raspberry salad dressing. At least when I did get the actual topping there was a solid lid on the container rather than the dome lid with the large hole on top that seems to be Culver's default when it is ordered to-go (this makes NO sense to me when you're filling to-go orders: people need to get their food home without spilling it. Those dome lids are the next best thing to handing customers cups of topping without any lid at all). Just a little common sense and attention to detail would make me a happy customer. Sad to say, at the Troy Culver's I can't remember the last time all the items ordered were in the bag, or that there wasn't something wrong with the food itself. This all really makes me think I'd rather skip Culver's and just go somewhere else.
