If it wasn't for my granddaughter I wouldn't go here. I try to avoid this like the plague. This has to be the worst McDonalds to the city. So I came in there to pick up a Mobil order mind you I'm younger and I have had many mobile orders placed on others phone and went in getting it with using a screenshotted code well I received one of the orders but not the other as they said the code would not work just as a screen shot and that the person who placed needs to be there they were completely assholes through this whole interaction by the way! And once my sister who had placed the order tried calling to confirm to try and get our order because she physically could not come in due to not being Abel to drive because of her broken foot the lady on the phone said "well that's not my problem" thats a complete bitchy move this location is terrible mind u it wasn't even bc of money either because we literally used all points for the order in the first place so why would that matter anyways besides them being complete cunts throughout the whole process and still never getting our food the food we were able to get was completely cold soggy and gross. Ordered from this location twice in a month span and both times my order was messed up. The first was a pink quarter pounder that I reached out to them about and got no response back. Located very close to the highway when you first enter Ohio coming south from Detroit on the east side of highway, you'll find a couple of good gas stations, a truck stop, and some fast food, and this particular stop is good for some lukewarm or hot french fries depending on who is serving you them - and maybe a Big Mac if you want to waste a bunch of money. Way under-rated. Slow but they customize orders and are flexible on breakfast time. The app won't work past 10:30 for breakfast, but if you make it to this location past 10:30 but before 11, you can get breakfast. Workers in the front are a bunch of fun. read more

Just went through the drive-thru at 1:00 am they don't accept card late at night. Also, while ordering a 15$ meal they forgot my 10 piece chicken nugget. Literally every time I go there I have to call for something to be replaced. It's on my way home from work and is the closest to my house that's open when I get off of work. So, every time I decide to grab something to take home, I know it's a pretty big risk of something being messed up. Managers are nice about replacing the food.. I just wish it wasn't necessary EVERY time I go through their drive thru. Tonight's problem was chicken tenders that were probably sitting there since early afternoon...It's now midnight. When we called, her response was "food doesn't stay good forever". However, she was pretty apologetic so we kind of laughed it off. I don't rate often but my horrifyingly pathetic experience will hopefully help people stay clear of this landfill dump. When I go to McDonald's, I expect a somewhat fast service and at least warm food. However, this location was the opposite. The drive-through, at 8:30 Pm on a Wednesday, took 15 mins. I ordered a 10 piece with fries. Instead of getting ketchup, i received a thing of 'hot honey mustard.' I didn't even know that existed. My fries were soggy and cold and I did not get any napkins. I'd rather get sucker punched by the Burger King guy across the street or eat at the subway in the gross gas station down the road than ever eat at this place again. I recommend you eat at any competitor in the little corner area. Be better, McD's. read more

Had very bad service in drive thru. Waited over twenty minutes for food at 5 am in morning. My coffee tasted burnt. The egg in my sausage egg Mcmuffin had a quarter size egg shell in it. Was not happy with the service. Need people in there that wants to work, and take pride in their work. read more
