I have used the drive- thru many times without any problems. Today however I met a friend and we decided to go in and eat. We got there a few minutes before they started serving lunch. My friend needed a straw so went up to the counter there was no one there but she could hear staff laughing and talking in the back, she called out several times but no one came to the counter so she said hello really loud then someone came to see what she needed. While we were eating our lunch a lady came inside bc they forgot to give her a straw, she also stood at the counter and called out many times saying hello and excuse me but no one came but we could hear the staff laughing and talking right around the corner from the counter. The costumer finally stepped around the counter and said Hello, excuse me then once again a employee finally came and ask what she needed. I realized the place wasn't busy BUT I think that the staff needs a refresher course on what they are supposed to do while at work. read more

Wen I went there the outside was filfy and in the inside. The floor was sticky and there was dropped food everywhere. It took them a pretty long while for them to ask me what I wanted and the lady was rude. They also got my order wrong and the food was medocor except the fries. The fries were pretty good. read more

how many times does it take to get orders right. today is 6 times in a row that the drive thru screwed up my order. I suggest you get the people taking orders hearing aids. This is the WORST McDonald's I've ever been to. It's dirty, the food is stale tasting, and the staff are very unfriendly. My most recent trip there I waited inside for 15 minutes after I had ordered to get my food. There were dozens of flies, the counter was sticky and had food particles all over, and none of the staff seemed to care except the new girl! It seems the general opinion of residents in Toronto is it's a terrible place to go. The staff member with the worst attitude who is the nastiest with customers is the store manager. Save yourself some sanity and either go to subway, or drive to steubenville or weirton. In the end it'll be the same amount of time you wait. read more

I would give this place zero stars if I could. This is not an isolated incident, more like their typical way of treating customers. Tonight I placed my order, waited 14 minutes to get to the window. Food still not ready, waited an additional 2 minutes. All that I ordered was 2 Big Macs and 2 fries. The employee at the window was very rude, did not even apologize for the wait. The manager on duty is horrible, have dealt with her before. Seems the employees are picking up her bad attitude. WORST MCDONALD'S I have ever visited. read more

Usually pretty quick service. Nice customer service. Food is always good. Order always correct.

The main lady manager is honestly great, and she runs a tight ship, but their practice of employing special needs people who are unfit for the job really affects the customer experience. Most days you can't sit down without the one kid endlessly bothering you. You can have your earbuds in or be reading a book and he'll just come up to you and try to talk to you. God bless him but he doesn't understand social queues and it's extremely irritating. Sometimes I go there to work and it's just non stop bothering myself and other customers. Other than straight up telling him to leave me alone (which no one can do at risk of looking like an asshole) I don't know why else to do. read more

This is the worst mcdonald's i've ever been to. the employees have rocks for brains. i've never been to a drive through where they ask you to park in the spots when there's no one else in line. yet they make you do that every time. if i wanted to wait 10 minutes for my food i would have just went inside. it's supposed to be FAST food. and despite them taking so long, they always find a way to screw up your order. never ever do they remember my sauces. ever. my biscuit was hard as hell. one time i got an iced coffee and it was so milky and barely any coffee, ice, or sweetener. it was just watery milk. so i asked if they could put more coffee in it. they acted annoyed, took it back, and when i got it back it was NO DIFFERENT, AND it was overfilled and leaked ALL over me and my car. these people do such a sloppy job, it's so embarrassing. you'd think it would be an easy job to at least get an order right when no one else is in line, but i've been to this location during all types of conditions, and it a ALWAYS horrible service. oh yeah and needless to say, the icecream machine doesnt work. read more

This McDonalds has the worst service. They never get orders right or in a decent timely manner. Placed my order at the drive thru, waited 5 minutes behind one car to pay. When I finally got to the window I asked how much longer for my food. The girl said its almost done maybe another minute. She asked me to park and said they would bring it out. 10 minutes later my food still had not arrived. So I walked inside. Where the man standing in front of me said good luck I've been standing here for 15 minutes. I stood in line for 5 minutes and did not move once. I am so upset with McDonald's. They never get my order right....EVER!!! I've never once had a right order it makes me want to never go again yet I always seem like I have to because that is the only fast food in my area. I ordered a 10 piece chicken nugget today. That was all, so simple and it wasn't crowded so I figured they could get that right. But guess what? They couldn't they gave me some weird slab of meat. I'm assuming it was chicken but it was so disgusting and artificial it was hard to tell. This piece of chicken I didn't order was placed on a single piece of lettuce. I don't even understand what it was supposed to be but It concerns me. Was it supposed to be a sandwich? It has no bread. It definitely wasn't my 10 piece chicken nuggets? What was it? Was it supposed to be In the trash? I don't understand why they gave me this weird slab of artificial chicken with just a small single piece of lettuce. It honestly tasted so much like rubber I couldn't even eat it. Such a waste of money. I'm not even sure it was cooked all the way. Normal chicken does not taste like the chicken I was gave.
