I worked at McDonalds for two and a half years while I was in high school. And so I feel that I do know good customer service. She's not one of those annoying people who are too nice and too fake. She just keeps it cool plain and simple and she is just nice at the same time. And she admits to her mistakes because one time I did come through and I was missing a sandwich. She didn't really say it was her fault and I'm sure it wasn't. Most likely the sandwich was just misplaced by someone. But she apologized and she had it right there when I came back through not a minute later. Thank you so much Erica!

We said we had an online order for Brandy and she said come up. We acknowledged at that point that she was rude. Gave us nothing that was on our order showed her the receipt and she said there's nothing I can do. Her receipt took precedence over ours. She took the food and we left with no food even though we had already paid. We did try to argue with her and it just spiraled into screaming back and forth at each other. We asked for the manager and she said she was the manager so we just left. I've never in my 50 years experienced anything like this at a drive through. We reported this to burger king through the app as well. It still pulls up exactly what we ordered but for some reason we couldn't get what we ordered and had proof of ordering and paying for.

The tables are different seating capacity and arranged nicely. The autistic boy sometimes got a little loud and his voice tends to carry. The two ladies that were sitting next to them were annoyed and asked for their lunch to go. The owner of cookies canteen went up to the boy and his family and told them that he understands that there is something wrong with the boy however he needs to calm down and that it is a business. The owner allowed the family to continue to finish their meal only if the autistic boy calmed down. To me this is ridiculous and uncalled for.
