This location has improved significantly over the last year or so. The hotcakes are fantastic and the coffee never disappoints. I used the app, ordered ahead, and did table delivery. Hands down the worst McDonald's in the area, from the dirty horribly designed parking lot/drive-through that's an accident waiting to happen the broken menu board and speaker you can barely hear to the extremely long wait in line and then normally pulling forward or to a parking spot to eventually get your food that is if they have it in stock that is way overpriced and consistently wrong, stale and cold if it sounds like I'm being harsh, I promise you I'm way under selling this, the only thing I can say is the people at the window are always generally very nice and you can tell they've been going through it with all of these problems in no way is this their fault. I've been here many times but this location has only been a decline the past few years. The customer service here is horrible to say the least, I waited for nearly 10 minutes for my order to be taken and the store wasn't busy at all. Inconsistent sums up this McDonald's. This store has some if the nicest assistant managers, leaders, coordinators and staff. However, insufficient time is devoted to cleaning the lobby, tables and bathroom. Almost every time I come in, the tables are unclean, the trash is overflowing and food is scattered on the floor. This McDonald's is located near the local school and the school kids are frequently dry messy not even attempting to pick up after themselves. Although slightly cleaner, the cleanliness issue remains on weekends too, showing that the staff is not devoting sufficient time on weekends either. Orders are frequently incorrect in the drive thru, even when one specifies a medical issue such as being diabetic or an allergy. I frequently get sugared tea instead of unsweet and ketchup on burgers even though I have requested no ketchup because I am allergic to tomato. I have tolerated all the inconvenience and inconsistency because the food was reasonably priced. Today, almost every meal deal is $9.00 and some are over $10. They make great tea and are convenient but are disappointing because they no longer offering value given the issues and pricing. read more

The shift manager locked the door as I was walking up at 8pm. Hours for lobby clearly state 11pm on the door. The manager of the store was such a pos I saw him force one of the kids working for him ask a group of at least 10 people already in the lobby to leave. He had to unlock the door for them to leave. Stay away!!! Manager just yelled and cussed at me!!!! I cannot believe what just happened. The cashier was on her phone while she was taking my Apple Pay, then she hands me my food and says let me get your drink and hops back on her phone and I sit there and wait for her and then I finally ask her NICELY if she can please put down her phone and hand me my drink. The manager is standing there and rolls his eyes and breathes heavily and I told him that wasn't necessary. He then proceeds to yell at me that he was FU****G talking to her referring to the employee. That is not true because when she was taking my Apple Pay she was on her phone and he was right there watching her. Might I add I had my eight-year-old daughter sitting in the front seat while he cussed and then started yelling at me. Until this point I was very calm and did not deserve to be talked to like this. Even though this McDonald's is within walking distance for me I will not patronize nor would I recommend this McDonald's to anyone. The first time I ordered at this McDonald's, I got a fish sandwich and a side salad. The fish was dried out and had been sitting under a warming lamp for hours it was terrible and there was a hair in my salad. It was the most disgusting and gross meal I have ever eaten! I ordered it at the drive-through so I cannot comment on the cleanliness of this establishment inside. I don't normally eat fast food and I was reminded why this morning. Stopped in with my husband for breakfast and the egg mcmuffin that my husband ordered was burnt. There's no excuse for serving a burnt English Muffin! And the caramel coffee frappe had so much caramel flavoring in it, neither of us could finish it. I've been going to this McDonald's since it opened, about 30 years ago, and can honestly say, I've never encountered a cranky employee. Over the years I've gotten home more than once with missing items so check your bag before you leave. You might want to check to make sure your fries are hot, and the container full. Just sayin'. My only real complaint, is about the buttermilk chicken fingers. I really like them, but it's hard to time it so that you get them when they have just been cooked, and not left under the lights for an hour or two. Too often my chicken has been left under the lights until the texture is like red bricks, and the taste is like Cinderella's cinders. So I would advise you to get anything else, unless it's lunch or dinnertime. One other thing, is that everything is always neat and clean. read more

The old lady worker/manager yelled at us for "climbing on the furniture" when my sister walked behind me on the seat to get to her seat. She said she would kick us out, but we bought food.
