The pizza is also seasoned with garlic, but not the garlic is not overpowering or overwhelming. Instead of a tomato-based sauce, the Ultimate Cheese Lovers pizza features Alfredo sauce. The Alfredo sauce is applied sparingly so the crust did not get soggy. However, the light saucing made the pizza lack some creaminess. You can tell the garlic knots are on the way to the table because the garlic scent arrives well before them. If you are on a date or headed back to the office, give them a miss; your breath will reek of garlic. The knots also delivered on the garlic taste, but less so than I expected given the aroma. The garlic knots arrive piping hot, lightly browned, crispy, and dusted with garlic and Italian herbs. The garlic butter and some cheese, which oozed out, decorated the bottom of the pan. Unfortunately, the supposedly cheese stuffed knots lacked the main ingredient - cheese. The knots had very little and so were basically hollow breadsticks. Skip them. I also caught her staring at me while I was finishing and moved from her view. This is the second time she has been rude or nasty to me while I maintained my composure. I am a 24, person of color, queer and have serve ADHD and anxiety, I was reading the order from my phone. I worked in food service as a manger for 4 years, this isn't anyway to speak to people when, YOU make a mistake of not hearing a customer.
