In addition to mozzarella, the pizza also Parmesan and Romano which deliver a slight tangy and salty taste. The pizza is also seasoned with garlic, but not the garlic is not overpowering or overwhelming. Instead of a tomato-based sauce, the Ultimate Cheese Lovers pizza features Alfredo sauce. The Alfredo sauce is applied sparingly so the crust did not get soggy. However, the light saucing made the pizza lack some creaminess. You can tell the garlic knots are on the way to the table because the garlic scent arrives well before them. If you are on a date or headed back to the office, give them a miss; your breath will reek of garlic. The knots also delivered on the garlic taste, but less so than I expected given the aroma. The garlic knots arrive piping hot, lightly browned, crispy, and dusted with garlic and Italian herbs. The garlic butter and some cheese, which oozed out, decorated the bottom of the pan. Unfortunately, the supposedly cheese stuffed knots lacked the main ingredient - cheese. The knots had very little and so were basically hollow breadsticks. Skip them. The quepapas, which ate basically like Tatar tots with cheese sauce and diced jalapeños inside, are delicious.
