First off, the sodas were watered down and tasted nasty. The sweet tea tasted like sweet pee. We asked for a Dr. Pepper and got another nasty coke. We asked to replace it with a Dr. Pepper and the guy was rude about it. Then we realized that he gave us no sauce or napkins, so we asked for those, too. We specifically asked for 3 sweet n' sours and one ranch. We received sweet n' sour and bbq. We also got one singular napkin that wrapped the sauces. Sugar and cups. Napkins and ketchup. Mc Caffé area and the main counter. Normal menu options and the staff was friendly and prompt. Read the order back and separated similar items into appropriate bags. Such a small thing but it makes a large difference. Dining area has updated tables. Some could use a wipe down but about what I expect from the Golden Arches. Bathrooms were clean and stocked with soap, toilet paper, and paper towels. Dedicated parking lot. Room for the drive through and some larger RVs. Ample room inside to sit and eat. No play Place, think this location is a hop off the freeway, gas, food, back on type of place. read more

This was the best McDonald's I've ever eaten. I got a McDouble plain and some fries. It was so good I went and ordered another one. My bf got 2 quarter pounders and was just as satisfied as I was. They were hot, fresh, and delicious. The cashier was pleasant and the restaurant was clean. Several people came in while I was there and they got their food just as quickly as I did. The sprite had the "zip" I have been searching after for two years. The only negative would be the restroom. There was a sign on one of the stalls that said they were having issues and it smelled rotten, but I don't think that could be helped. I wish I lived closer because this was such a great experience. read more

Stopped on our way through. They don't have grilled chicken sandwiches. Worse, they shorted me a dollar on change. They promptly corrected this at the next window. Unfortunately, the chicken nuggets were rubbery, as though they had been cooked a couple times or microwaved. Gah. I never expect much of this whole chain. This was pretty bad. Slooooooow service. There is room to get a large truck into the parking lot and get back out as long as there is not another large vehicle back there. I walked in and nobody waited on me so I finally use the kiosk. Food took a while, had to ask for a cup and then there was no ice tea so I spent several minutes trying to get somebody's attention to get me some. And employee was sitting at a table eating and playing on his phone and another employee had to call his name three times before he looked up at her, then he mumbled something while walking back behind the counter. I about slipped and fell walking in because the floor was so greasy and it was raining outside. Overall not very impressed with this location. read more

Decent McDonald's--same McDonald's food you'll get anywhere else. This is a small location and they could work on their cleanliness a bit. But the employees were friendly enough. Avoid the drive through--slow to get through as pouring molasses in winter. read more

Keep driving awful service worse food. The building itself was nice, however most of the furniture inside was covered in soda and crumbs. My burger came apart on the wrapper, and when I tried ordering the cashier looked at me like I was speaking an alien language. When I got order I had paid for a different meal. While on vacation I stopped at this McDonalds. I ordered a spicy chicken and ranch sandwich, fries and soda to go. When I got back on the interstate I started to eat my chicken sandwich and bit into something hard. I thought maybe I had lost a crown. I was right. It was a crown, but not mine. WTF? dirty, disgusting, slow as hell, but there are 8-10 people behind the counter. No towels or soap in the restroom .... how are they washing their hands?!? No ketchup, lids, or iced tea. Garbage overflowing, a dirty diaper on the floor in the women's restroom, wrappers and napkins on the floor, tables have not been wiped down in a long time...and the wait was over 10 minutes. I go to this McDonalds from time to time when I am short on time mostly because I am a business owner and live in Vienna. But lately I have found that when I order anything my order gets shorted...And I find it very inconvient for me and whom ever is with me after I drive down the road and everyone is getting there sandwiches out and are eating but we are short a sandwich...This happened today twice...There is no reason for this...It tells me that the Vienna McDonalds is using mostly part time employees who seem to be all teenagers that don't care about there products or if the orders are right this is very unperfessional. Just a few minutes I found myself having to go get myself and my wife and my Dad some supper. I had a choice of Subway,Dairy Queen,or McDonalds for a fast quick grab it up and go. So I saw the line at McDonalds wasn't all that long so I pulled up and placed my order and pulled around to the drive up and paid for and set there behind a little white jeep with 4-teenagers in it. I noticed that they were all drinking a McDonalds Soda Pop....I waited and I waited and I waited a bit longer. I had two cars behind me. We all could hear the teenagers talking and laughing with the McDonalds Employee at the window... I noticed as I pulled up what time it was.. And then I noticed that as the jeep finally left that I had set there for over 12-minutes...I pulled up to the window and got my order and told the teenager at the window that I didn't g thru the drive thru to have to wait while she laughed with her little friends...She told me that no one really cared what I thought and almost thru my order at me...I thought how unperfessional....I am a business owner and had thought of even buying a chain of restraunants....I do if I found things like this happening like this in any of my restraunants I would fire the manager for not doing there job and the employee for being very very unperfessional.... And after I got home with our sandwiches I alled and reported this to the manager and he said he was very sorry that this had happened. I was not offered anything for the inconvience I had went thru.. I use the drive thru because I am a business owner and have employees of my own and contracts to full fill and I can not afford to be held up by some young teenager bs-ing with her friends. I did notice all of the enployees there seem to be young people....I think that if they are acting like this that the manager is not doing his or her job....So in the future I will have to find else where to go for breakfast for my workers and for lunch and supper....Maybe if I took my business to Dairy Queen or down the road to the Vienna Diner would get there attention...I mean I spend any where from $100. to $200.00 at a time when I am there with empliyees and there families. Or while hashing out a contract between my company and some other company and explaining to my empoyees afterwards what the contract will intell and what I will expect out of them to fulfill that contract.... read more
