The last two times we came to this McDonalds we had the worst customer service experience. One of the buns on our burger had spots of mold, and our other burger which was order plain did not come plains. When we called to let the manager know we were screamed at and called liars. This time we were handed our fries and there was a crumpled up ball of napkins shoved into our fry box with cold fries not even half full. When we went inside and showed them we were met with attitude and rudeness and had to ask multiple times for a new fry to be made. read more

So I gave this one another try, and 25 minutes for a single double cheeseburger. My frys where undercooked and cold, and the burger was room temp when it was brought out to me. Honestly at the point I can say this, this is the worst McDonald's in the entire state, probably worst the worst one in the entire U.S. at this point. The girl at the drive thru was rude. There was a mix up with my order and she asked me to get out of line and drive back around to replace my order because she was super busy. She talked to me like I was a child. I didn't get any apology. She was also very unprofessional with the way her hair was colored pink and blue, with makeup on her face that crated stars and a pink puppy nose. read more

I will say I have tried to give this McDonalds the benefit of the doubt but I'm over it. This has gotta be one of the worst McDonald's in all of MN. Every time I have ever come here majority of my food is bad. Like at least 2/3rds of it is like hard and tastes a couple hours old. Which is so disappointing considering I work in a restaurant. I'm not even the type of person to normally leave a review but it's just ridiculous. I have also came here countless times to them closing early but yet everywhere online says it's open? Even a couple months ago I even tipped one of the workers and asked for them to make my food fresh in which they agreed and i still got "dead" food. The burger bun was as hard as a rock. I waited in line for 15 minutes to order because the gentleman kept selling people to hold on one moment when they went up to order and then I pay and pull up to the next window and I sit there for 5 minutes and the dude says can you please pull into the parking one as I can you tell me how long it's going to take I've already been in line for 20 minutes almost and I have a 15 minute freaking break and he said don't know and then so I'm figuring I'm going to get hot food no s*** it's cold totally disgusted. Regret to say this is the worst McDonalds I have been to. There was a time when McDonald's was consistent regardless of the location. This location is filthy, the service is slow, and the food not very good, even by McDonald's normally low standards. But then McDonalds fries are only decent when they're hot. These were cold. I don't even know why they even bother to ask, "Is this for here or to go?" Since it's apparently always to go. At least they gave us a napkin for the two of us. read more

The worst drive-thru service I have ever experienced! I know it's difficult to get help right now, but this doesn't explain their repeated ineptitude. Cars parked in every available designated spot waiting for orders, as well as cars parked next to and around the other side of the building. I complained about it in their online survey but the problem persists. Save yourself the aggravation, get your buggers elsewhere nearby, or drive to the one at the other end of Division Street. read more

Honestly worst McDonald's I have been to yet. Asked for ALL PLAIN CHEESEBURGERS and none of them were plain. Not to mention we told the person while we were ordering to change the order and make sure they were plain like three times. the fries sucked and the whole order was wrong. This McDonald's location is kept clean. We've eaten here on occasion and it's as good as McDonald's gets. You'll find quick service and typical McDonald's food. We like to come for inexpensive sundaes and fries. read more

i went and ordered two quarter pounders and a medium fry, when i tell you it took over 15 minutes to get my food... when i arrived, there was only 1 car ahead of me. i can understand if they are understaffed and what not, but cars were actually pulling away and leaving because they were done waiting. i ended up getting both quarter pounders, but only received a small fry instead of a medium. at that point , i didn't even want to wait any longer. read more

When you go to a McDonald's you know what to expect. I am glad that breakfast is available all day. This location seems to always be hiring. Not sure if it is a training spot or if the turn around is that high. Because they always seem to be hiring be aware that the service may not be 100% what you want. Once when we were here, I paid with cash and the cashier was confused. He needed to ask for help. I'm guessing that the training focused on dealing with credit cards and not cash. read more

This is one of my favorite all time Mickey Dee's. Food-hot. Speed-ample. Customer satisfaction-thru da roof. Can't go wrong with a lil mc chicken to start one's day. The addition of orange Fanta was a great surprise a few years back yet it still pays great dividends to my tummy. Weather my ratings apply to all the McDonalds I dont know. But I assume, that all of them have two things in common: 1. served by teenagers who dont know what they are doing. 2. because of that the quality of the food served is bad. Yesterday it was an early autumn like day, with rain and wind coming in intervals. We were on our way shopping and the thought to try one of those delicious, creamy pumpkin spice lattes was tempting. We got in this store and I overheard the teenagers there talking about a coffee and then one with spices. When my husband brought us the latte, he said that they first wanted to give us coffee. Tasting the pumpkin spice coffee, it tasted like watered down coffee with some pumpkin flavor. I couldnt finish it. It was disappointing ! My husband also didnt finish and my daughter. My advise to McDonald Managers: train the teenagers you hire, how to make new menu choices. Next time I rater visit one of the local burger places, read more
