Rolled thru the drive thru just after 6am. The experience was smooth and fast. All the food was fresh and well made. The only disappointment was that they didn't have ability to make a chicken McGriddle. Since my husband doesn't eat pork, we changed his order to just egg and cheese, which isn't as filling. Took forever to get food. When I finally got it I paid for two sides of Mac sauce and got one squirt each in one cup. I ordered a Big Mac and got one squirt of Big Mac sauce on the whole sandwich. The fries were old, greasy and tough. The dine in area was dirty with food on the tables and floor. The condiment station was dirty and not stocked well. Terrible service, dirty atmosphere- flys everywhere. They were kinda quick this morning, but I know that's typically not the case. Went through the drive through, they got our order wrong. I went inside and waited 10 minutes to even be acknowledged, I told them we wanted no cheese, they explained that's how it comes, so then I asked "ok but we want no cheese can you do that for me?" Finally they put in the order. It had been over 10 minutes of me waiting for them to correct 1 breakfast sandwich. The person who was helping me started to do door dash orders, so I finally asked if my order was ready- which it was. Not attentive or accommodating to customers, manager was rude to younger employees saying they don't know what's wrong with them any why'd they're working so slow (maybe help them out, train them, or have a private conversation asking if everything is ok). Also don't fill doordash orders when you have a lobby of customers in front of you waiting for their food that you are ignoring!!! read more

Service was slow the drive thru lady named Angela W. Was definitely on something. She wasn't friendly at all and didn't know what product was on hand prior to taking our order. This is terrible service and I won't visit this location again. Management should really keep an eye on there employees so this sort of thing doesn't happen. Hello, I have been a working-class citizen in this city/community for over 5 years now and have had my share of fast food as the average American does now does. This is our local McDonald's which my family and I frequent maybe once a week or every 2 weeks depending on our dinner mood or the daily agenda. Anyhow, we have never once had a complaint until earlier today: I pulled through the drive-thru with a hefty order totaling $30 or more, I paid for my food and proceeded to the 2nd window to obtain my food only to be told the usual "hi, do you mind pulling over to the other side of the building? It will just be another 30 to 45 seconds in your order." This is basically the "norm" with fast food orders now days over $25 or more in my opinion at least. This is where I said "Yes, I do mind. If my food is going to be done in 30 to 45 seconds as stated, I will just wait a minute for it, Right Here." The boy at the window rolls his eyes, closes the window and quickly starts explaining my unwillingness to pull around to the other side of the building to a female co-worker in a button-up shirt who quickly opens the window and tells me to pull around please. I tell her that's ok, I am fine waiting right here for a minute. She gives me a death stare and turns around yelling to her co-workers "OMG, THIS GUY IS A COMPLETE ASSHOLE!" Thus , I give them 1 star! I wasn't being an asshole whatsoever, only opting to wait the "30 to 45 seconds" as I was told, at the window. Went to McDonalds to get my nice crisp Diet Coke and a regular Coke for $1.00 and was highly disappointed. Not only were they not a dollar because it is a "privately owned" mcdonalds, but the drinks were watery and not crisp or refreshing at all. Just ugh about the experience. read more

This is the most decent McDonald's in the area. Always mostly clean (compared to the one on the Richwood exit), and the orders are usually correct. My only problem is the teenagers who work there seem to have a run of the place. Whenever I've gone through the drive thru I get an annoying teenager who thinks he's hilarious handing me the food. Otherwise- I always choose this McDonald's over the Richwood exit. read more

No one came to register so I placed my order on the kiosk. It took 20 minutes for them to complete my order. They did not bring the doors to our table even though we selected a table number as instructed on the kiosk. The employee called out our orders we r number and we had to get it ourselves. The fries were cold and stale and burger was luke warm. It was 8pm on a Sunday evening and they were not busy. No excuse for poor service and quality of food. read more
