just waited 30 minutes for a pink drink.... called 3 times to complain but nobody answered (with hardly anyone in line....) here's a word of advice for the current manager on duty, put out the drinks in the order that they were received. i probably won't be back here considering someone who showed up AFTER me received a frappe BEFORE me. which was just annoying considering i waited thirty minutes for a pink drink i placed purposely early so it would be done when i arrived. would rather have went into starbucks at kroger across the street if i was gonna be an additional 30 minutes could've got some groceries with it... damn. and the madeline's i got were expired.... read more

My drink is never consistent, I get the same drink. A Grande Shaken Espresso with Blonde roast and vanilla sweet cream. Majority of the time it tastes as if there are only 2 shots of espresso, it's watery and tastes like milk. or there are times where you can tell the drink was not shaken (and yes you can tell the difference) The drink is supposed to be 3 shots or espresso shaken over ice with a little milk to top it off... Today, my drink was handed to me in VERY poor condition, there was milk/sweet cream cold foam all over the lid and down the side of the cup... I didn't even ask for the Vanilla sweet cream cold foam... I asked for Vanilla sweet Cream. I had to transfer cups once my fiancé got the drink home because the cup was so messy and sticky. I have given this location many chances sometimes my drinks are ok majority of the time they are not...and I am done spending 5$ at this location for unshaken, milky, poorly made drinks. I am just going to go to the Mall Road location, or I will make the drink at home. read more

I've tried to give this places several chances. Be prepared to wait a good 20 minutes for one drink with no cars. If you have an allergy beware. My last time here and I won't go back the girl who took my order had it wrong on the screen so I told her at the window what was my order and then told her that was wrong, she then 20 minutes later handed me the wrong order after I told her so I had to go back through the drive thru and explain what happened and then wait again and this time she said she made it her self but apparently forgot that this was a dairy free order I was sick the entire night. I'm trying to give this store grace because they're soooo new and figuring stuff out- but I live close by so have hit it up multiple times due to convenience, but I've not once had a great drink from here. Iced coffee has barely been iced, hot coffee has been lukewarm, they've given me the wrong size multiple times, and they've flat out given me the wrong drink before. BUT- the staff is SO wonderful and friendly! I have no doubt with time they'll be able to be a wonderful store! read more

I just had the best customer service experience with this store. I have been in the store a few times since they've opened about a week or two ago and every experience I have had has been very pleasant. The store is always really clean and every time I go in there I'm extremely indecisive and I don't know what I want and the employees are always very helpful and they're always honest about what taste better in certain drinks and I really like that. Well today I went in and I got a drink I just started getting Because An employee suggested it to me. I got my drink and I was in a rush out of there because I was about to be late for work which is a store right next to Starbucks. I knew as soon as I seen it something wasn't right but I thought it was my fault I thought that I ordered it wrong, that's a common thing for me. Although the drink was still good I wanted to know what I needed to say next time in order to get the drinks the way I like it. So I called the store and talked to the manager Eric and I asked him basically hey I don't want anything free I just want to know how to order this drink correctly, And immediately he apologized numerous times And explain to me that they are a new store with new employees and that it was a mistake and insisted that he remake the drink and walk it over to me. I tried to decline because I swear the other drink was good, But he explained that it was important to him to make sure I got the correct drink and I was happy. Needless to say I am happy that was amazing, The employees of walton Starbucks on Mary Grubbs highway are amazing, and Eric deserves all good things you are wonderful and if you end up reading this, you made my day, you are going places in life you are an angel.
