service is incredibly slow even when there were only two cars in the drive through. The inside is dirty and the employees are rude. The food is fine but just average mcdonald's. For the wait time i'd expect it to be the most incredible food i've ever tasted. Don't recommend. read more

I stopped in Sunday morning at 11:30 and there were zero people in line ahead of me and approximately eight customers in the restaurant. drive-through had a couple of cars but wasn't that busy. I asked what came on the quarter pounder deluxe and she couldn't tell me until she looked through the screen for a little while, and she never got off a chair sitting at register instead of standing there and talked so quietly, I could barely understand or over the noise of the kitchen with all of the beeping. I know that this is McDonald's so I'm keeping my expectations low but speaking so quietly I can't understand and not knowing their product is concerning. And you have to admit that they were some of the hottest fries I've ever had at McDonald's. Sadly, they were severely unsalted, but that's an easy fix. I was in a Santa Fe McDonald's a couple of months ago and it was Waterloo McDonald's used to be. I was served four meals for my entire family in less than 3 minutes. That's not an exaggeration. They did make a small mistake on my order, but they made it right in under a minute. When I worked at the local McDonald's here and in Missouri in the 90s we would keep ahead of the burgers and nuggets far enough. usually served in less than two minutes from the time of order. We would throw away a garbage bag full of sandwiches on many but the volume we did the repeat happy customers made up for that loss that you have to calculate in. Whoever owns these local restaurants needs to reevaluate some things. read more

I usually go through the drive through and haven't been inside for quite some time until today. If the dining room looks as bad as it did I can only imagine what the kitchen/food prep area is like. Kiosk was not working so the manager was taking orders at the register. She seemed extremely annoyed and rolled her eyes a few times while interacting with employees. Dining area was very dirty. Drink station dirty and looked unsanitary. Vinyl chairs were falling apart. Food was ok- tons of mayo but could have been worse. At least it was hot. read more

Service has completely deteriorated to near zero. Absurdly long waits in drive thru even when not busy.

We had the pleasure of encountering Mary at the drive threw window about 11:23 pm. She was super nice. Even said hi to my son in the back seat. We were DoorDashing for a couple orders. My son wanted an ice cream and a toy and instead of making us go all the way threw the line again,she let us pay for it right there. She had a mask on but you could tell the smile she had behind it and the friendliness that She had was Superb. Always make sure to count your order before you leave if you're ordering through the drive through. I've been short handed on most orders, they're usually good with fixing orders depending on the time and how busy it is. read more
