If I could give this place less than one star, I would. First of all, the person on the headset had started out very rude. She was impatient and didn't really even seem to care about anything that was being said. Second of all, we order three orders of chips and cheese/guacamole. None of the chips were even good, they all tasted very stale and nasty. They were brittle even, if you will. The pepsi that we got was also very syrup-y, so it was very undrinkable. The person at the window that handed us our food was very nice, so kudos to her. But when we called the store, the woman that we spoke to was very rude. She told us "Our chips are made at 6am" blah blah blah. We tried to tell her that we understand that they are busy, but our food was uneatable. I would not go to this Taco Bell ever again, especially since the atmosphere is rude and the food is horrible. read more

Fantastic service! I ordered ahead as we were in a hurry and the food was ready to go soon arrival. We were greeted by a friendly staff member who asked if I was "Alana" and then had my order ready to go. She even gave me a drink on the house. The manager (?) was training a new employee and apologized there were several stickers on the bag as he handed it to me, but I prefer it to be more secure anyway. Super, super friendly and clean new store! Even the trash by the drinks was empty during rush hour. The food was made fresh and was accurate with our modifications. According to THREE WEBSITES including Google, they are supposed to be open until 3:00 AM. The moron from DoorDash didn't deliver my food.

They gave me the wrong order. I only received half on my food. They also didn't give me a receipt.

This location rarely provides good service. Wait times in the drive-thru are unbelievable. (45 minutes.) The food is occasionally good, but lots of times it has been assembled poorly. Poorly distributed filling in the burritos. For example, if I ordered a beefy 5 layer, almost every time all the beef and cheese is on one side, and the sour cream and beans on the other. The staff always seem angry, this location has to be defectively run because that would upset me as an employee as well if my working environment was hostile and inefficient. Went through the drive-thru the other day at about 3pm for a Nacho Fries Bellgrande. Was told they were out of cheese sauce, are you kidding me? Called back a couple days later to make sure they had it before going and the employee said the truck must've not came through on the day of absent cheese sauce. Need to order accurate amount of ingredients for the items you're promoting so you don't run out before dinner! All that being said, the food is occasionally on par which I guess is why I still visit from time to time. Needs some serious reform. read more

I thought that Taco Bell was considered to be "fast food". However on a recent trip, I learned that it takes approximately 20 minutes for them to make your tacos (yes, that's all we ordered). Twenty minutes!! I guess taking in to account that there was an employee on their cell phone in the kitchen, a lighter & a cell phone right at the drive thru window, and the girl that handed us our food rolled her eyes as she handed over our bag of food. I ordered two breakfast meals for my wife and I through the drive through. They parked us because it was going to take a while, which is fine. I walked in and waited for the food so they didn't have to walk out. Once the food came the order was wrong. They then had me waiting for them to clear their drive through before they fixed my drinks. Several minutes later while my food was getting cold they still had not fixed the order. At that time I asked for a refund, the manager then lied and said they don't give refunds. I figured he thought because I was black like him that I was going to settle for that. I believe had I been white, I would have got my refund right away. I told him that was unacceptable and started to film him. About 30 minutes later, I got my refund. So, I'm in the car with my mom and we wanted some Taco Bell. Go start ordering in the drive through, a crunch wrap supreme and 5 Doritos locos tacos. They then tell us they are out of beef so we're like, fine whatever we'll have chicken. Then we pull up to the window and we get our drinks it's fine. We then sit there for a half an hour waiting for our very simple order. Then we see a worker take out food outside they finally bring us our order so we go home to eat. Both times I've gone here, I've had a terrible drive-thru experience. The first time, I had an incredibly rude employee serving me. Just tonight, I went with a couple of friends, because we were craving some burritos. It started out okay, with us ordering on two separate tickets. We get the entire first order placed, with a Power Menu burrito and a baja blast. Then, we start to place the second order, and we order another Power Menu Burrito. It was THEN that they told us they don't do PMB's after 9pm. So, we change our orders to quesaritos, and move on. Then, after we finish placing our second order, the woman working says "is that it for your first bill?" Um, that's our second bill, but okay. So we go along with it and just repeat the second bill with a quesarito instead of a PMB. We also order a cup of ice for myself to crunch on. It's not until we pull up to the window that she tells us that the soda machine is broken. Then, I hear her repeat an order back to a customer, which includes a soda. I THOUGHT YOUR MACHINE WAS BROKEN. DO YOU JUST NOT WANT ME TO HAVE ICE? So she hands us our food and we all drive off, cranky and unhappy with our experience. 1/5 stars. The only reason they even get 1, is because at least my quesarito tasted good. read more

I ordered a #4 from the menu and waited from 12:53 pm until 1:17pm for my order. As you can see I was not present at noon rush! The help totally ignore customers and present a don't care attitude. Someone that cares about customer satisfaction should be managing Taco Bell. This is absolutely the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. It took 30 minutes to get our food....inside!! After waiting for 20-25 minutes we were informed they were out of beef. Seriously??!! You couldn't have asked me 15 minutes ago if I wanted something else??We were asked if we wanted steak or chicken instead. We said chicken. We effing got steak. The manager was just wandering around, not assisting, not delegating, not MANAGING ..when she was not out of sight in the office. Then the manager comes up to yell at the cashier, for taking orders that needed beef. It's not the cashiers fault!! You didn't tell her....so unprofessional. One guy was standing on the line on his cellphone ( I mean you could have been making beef instead), then he didn't change his gloves. Another girl was putting on chapstick, then didn't change her gloves. Another lady in the dining room that was waiting on her food told me she originally ordered in the drive thu..but was told they couldn't do an order that large, she had to come inside. If I could give this business less than one star, I would. The reason? Very poor customer service. I ordered at the drive through window. Unfortunately, I did not check the bag before I drove home, thinking that a four-item order was not complex enough to screw up. At home I discovered that I received a partially incorrect order. The item I did not order was more expensive than what I did order, and was not something that I would eat, so it was completely wasted. I called the store to apprise them of the problem. Apparently, the only way they could refund my money would be for me to drive back to their store. So, to fix THEIR error, they expect me to use 20 minutes of my time, thereby completely negating the advantage of "fast" food. If you choose to eat at this restaurant, be certain to check your order before you leave. I will not be eating at this location again. read more

The employees are GHETTO. No friendly customer service. Half of the time they are out of meat. No greetings when you come into the store or pull up to the drive thru window. the drive thru window was extremely dirty, and while I realize pictures are for advertising, there seemed to be maybe a tablespoon of filling and not even a dozen lettuce shreds in my taco,,,there was nothing supreme about it. the Mexican pizza, which is the reason we chose TB tonight, was a soggy mess and only crispy on the extreme outer edge. we sat in that drive thru for a crazy amount of time. what were they DOING in there? Always fast and friendly service. The warm attitude of the staff is a nice change from some other establishments who do not prioritize friendliness. Food is made fast and to expectations and they accommodate special requests such as my cheesy gordita with the Doritos shell. read more

I pulled in and noticed the open light was not on but it had 2 cars in the parking lot, I took a chance and went through the drive through. (Mind you this is at 2:30 PM) They were open so I proceeded to place my order.First off there was no polite greating, it was "what can I get you". I ordered a gordeta, a Doritos taco and cheesy potatoes. I pulled around to the window it opened, I paid and again no thank you, it will take a minute for your order or any thing. I had to wait at least 15 minutes for my order. Wile I am waiting I watched the man behind the counter have to pull his pants up 3 times. Are you kidding me get a belt so I don't have to see your ass! Finally I see my order order coming then it stops. I here some one ask do you have the potatoes in their. The people talk for a moment then the man who can't keep his pants up hands me my order. And then I get a Thank You. With all that has happened I neglected to check my order! I get home and sure enough it was wrong. I received a beef burito a Doritos taco and a soft shell taco, only 1 of the three things I ordered was right. I then decided I was going to go to tellthebell.com and place a complaint but they did not give me a receipt with the info needed to do that!
