Everything was fine until we pull to the window and tried to use a coupon for a free happy meal. the lady at the window very rudely saying that we can only use one coupon ( I didn't use a coupon. I use the rewards code) and before i ordered the happy meal for my 1 year old nephew I asked if they had whole milk and they said yes. Once we got to the second window the girl hands me the milk I could tell it wasn't whole. And at first she was nice about it and switched it to apple juice instead. Well I think it's official, this Hass to be the worst McDonald's in the country! I have been all over America, and have never seen such a shoddy operation as this one in the McDonald's family. Every single time I've come here they've gotten the order wrong. No kidding, every single time! They did it again today. And made me wait forever. In the meantime I went to the bathroom to wash my hands, no soap in the bathroom. The sink was filthy dirty. I went and complained. They did nothing about it. The hand sanitizer dispensers also, empty! There is a pandemic going on and you can't wash your hands and can't get hand sanitizer. The tables were nice and so was the decor, but one of the tables still had someone's leftovers from their meal and they had left the restaurant. Mc Donald's restaurant has been a family favorite for over 50 years. My children love the French fries. I can remember my husband Jim giving all three of my children Mc Donald's French Fries since they were the age of 3 months. My daughter Lauren and son Trevor love !love love the Frappe. When my husband and I went to New York in May, we started our trip in New York City with Mc Donald's near or on Times Square. Since my husband Jim loves Mc Donald's Egg and Sausage Mc Muffin's (without the egg) due to an egg allergy because he got bit by a stray dog and needed twenty rabbi shots in his stomach when he was four, we ordered two sausage Mc Muffins without eggs, one large hash brown, and a large Coke. The restaurant was full to capacity , and there was a thirty minute suggested time to sit down. The restaurant had two levels. On the upper level, was Mc Donald's Playland. There was barely a place to sit and there was a shortage of workers . I can remember a help wanted sign within the restaurant; however, we got our food in a reasonable time due to the demand of customers. The food was good. While we are at Mc Donald's we met a nice gentlemen who told us about the best / most reasonable tour guide price service in which I referred to my friend Kari. In summary, what a great memory Mc Donald's has provided for families in the United States everything from Drive Throughs to Happy Meals. read more

This is by far the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. Besides the usual poor service and lack of freshness of the food, yesterday was the topper which caused me to write this review. Went through drive-thru and ordered a Quarter pounder, nothing ordered special just your basic QP. I was told to drive up and park in pickup spot. After 15 minutes of waiting my food was brought to me. The QP buns were not toasted and condiments were all of yo the side. I brought in to replace and after 10 more minutes of waiting my next QP was raw in the middle. Now I'm pissed. I ask for manager and she comes up with this shitty look on her face like why am I bugging her. She asks me if I want another one or my money back, I said what to you think? She gives me the money with absolutely no apologies and I said I will file a complaint with store manager and she said "whatever" and turned away. I went through the drive thru (which was empty, as well as the lobby). I ordered the bacon cheese and egg bagel. When I opened my bag after I got home the bagel was thrown in with the crumpled wrapping not even on it. The bagel was stale and had ONE piece of bacon. ONE! Had a mobile order. I pressed the wrong place number so waited 15 minuets for someone to come out (totally admitting fault). Went into the drive through 20 minuet wait (I was patient) and explained is did a curbside order but put in the wrong parking number. I was told to pull up to the second window. When I get there I explained to the lady what had happened. Another lady in a gray shirt walked over rolled her eyes and and said idk what to tell you. I calmly explained what had happened.
