Below is the message that I had just posted in regards to the situation that had occurred today. I have received a call from the store's manager in regards to the situation. Therefore, I am going to bring the 1 star up to 2. However, due to the continuous issues that have been ongoing at that facility, I am going to keep what I have written previously, as it is going to take more than a phone-call to compensate for the frustration that I have received today. Eventually I would like to bring the star up to a higher one, for there are things at McDonald's that I enjoy (i.e. coffee, parfaits, etc). However that rating will depend on the company and whether or not they wish to hire people who are cut-out for customer service. (In a two month period, I have both witnessed and experienced mistreatment rendered by the staff employed at this location. The first instance, involved an employee giving a customer a hard time about him placing an order, telling him to "hurry up" , & etc, then ended it by ripping his receipt right in front of his face. The second occurance, which occurred today on June 7, 2012, involved an employee who not only made my coffee wrong twice, but she rendered an attitude when asked to correct her error twice. Seriously, what has ever happened to "service with a smile", and why are employees and employers being allowed to continue with their employment involving a business they obviously DO NOT treasure? People like that SHOULD NOT be working there, and if it wasn't for the fact it was a convenient walk from where I work, I would opt to never step foot in that Mcdonald's ever again! I am legit annoyed and disappointed in that place!) read more

The food was good and the service was great but I did not go inside... the ambiance would have been outside so I guess it was good.

Every time I order here they make me sit in one of the order pickup spots for 10 mins lol

Today I ordered and Amanda was very rude while I was taking the order at the drive through. She did not care if I was done or not and cut me off and told me that there are other people for her to attend even though I did not take long. Then she lied about her name and said her name was Melinda when I asked so I can speak to her manager. I never had a bad experience with this place until today. read more

Ok new to the town, I stopped in for a chicken sandwich and fries. After waiting for 15 min, I finally got my food. Fries were cold as ice and soggy. Chicken sandwich was cold. I can see that the fries were sitting there forever, but could chicken that should have been hot?? Come on now, threw the fries into the trash and had 2 bites of my spicy chicken sandwich and then threw that into the trash. I thought that all food at McDonald's was standard everywhere.... Man was I wrong. No one was waiting on customers. I have them 2 stars because I did take 2 bites of the chicken. However, for almost $12 you would think the food would be at least edible. Hands down worst experience ever! My boyfriend waited for almost 40 minutes for 3 items! 2 of which were PLAIN cheeseburgers and he only got one... we also watched 5 people who had ordered after us receive there food way before us.. we watched a man get 2 of the same orders and wasn't charged for 2 but was told to keep them anyway... very unorganized and the girl behind the register seemed to have severe anxiety didn't ask if we wanted our receipt and couldn't deal with conflict at all... fast food slow service, I will never be returning. read more

Why have two drive throughs, when one of them is unreadable and completely ignored? The coke I received was missing a lot of the syrup making it coke colored. They forgot an item, and got my sandwich wrong. This is the fault of the management. Properly led workers are an excellent asset to any company. If the management would get their act together there would not be these issues. Please bring those that make the choices about how this store is run up to speed. read more

august 31,2024, time 7:42 PM. Food was ordered one McCrispy Meal and one diet coke. Number 141, $11.22 with tax. 8:02 Pm august 31, 2024 finally received meal, asked to speak to Manager, told her way to long, and that sit down Retaurants, were faster. She said sorry, busy. Call home office. Opened bag, Chicken was Bad, and smelled,grease on bun ,saturated and soggy FF were Cold , no napkins. I think the Webster Board of Health should inspect this establishment. Also Franchise should investigate, could say the business.. Rating , can't even put on scale. Service was terrible. They have help, walking orders to the tables, eating up too much time. I waited 10 minutes for my food and it was still wrong, how dumb can you be to get flipping burgers wrong.

By far one of the worst McDonald's around the food is always cold. If you ask for any sauces, they refuse to give you any, even though you pay for it every single time I ask for any sauce like sweet-and-sour I never ever get it. I didn't have to go inside to this dreary place which resembles more of a doctors office than a McDonald's there's one cashier upfront now and no one is there. You don't have to wait about 15 to 20 minutes just to talk to someone. McDonald's is going downhill fast. Definitely not a kids place anymore that's for sure, but please stay away from the one in Webster. You'll just be wasting your money. read more

Friendly staff in the drive thru, the tall guy was efficient in taking my order and got it all right. :)

Placed an order on the app, picked it up, got home, and part of the order wasn't there. It's been a long day, hence the stop there, and now I can either drive back to pick up the 10 piece that my son wanted or be out the money, as NO ONE answers the phone there and there's no other way to get the money refunded via the app. read more

Stopped in here around 5 pm this past Saturday to collect a free ice cream cone from Halloween, The staff was friendly and we were served promptly and efficiently. The dining room however was a mess. It looked like no one had cleaned it in hours. Not sure what this says for the staff or the clientele. Happy to say I usually use the drive thru when visiting here. read more

On rare occasion, typically when traveling, I eat at McDonald's. When doing so, I get a quarter pounder with cheese, which are usually adequate, a hot burger with melted cheese. Yesterday I happened to be driving by the Webster McDonald's, was starving, and walked in. After about 5 minutes, my burger was ready. I took one bite and spit it out, and brought the remainder back to the counter. The burger was cold and dried out. So they brought me another, which was also cold, and dried out, and the cheese wasn't melted on this one. I took a small bite to test, in case my eyes deceived - It was LOUSY. I personally don't eat high calorie food unless it tastes good. I won't ever return, and recommend others avoid this place. There's a Panera Bread among other many choices down the street. read more

Every time I go to this McDonald's they always screw something up. Tonight I ordered a small and large fry, double hamburger plain and a triple hamburger plain. First off she didn't ring my double hamburger plain in right so they acted like I was wrong at the window. Then when I get home I noticed I had a medium fry and a small fry with like 10 or 11 fries in it. When I went back to get my correct fries they act like I don't know what the hell I was talking about. So once again I gave this horrible under par fast food place in Webster. Ordered off DoorDash a new spicy chicken sandwich they gave me a mcchicken. Ordered burgers and fries and they managed to mess that up. Missing sauces etc. I hope everyone who works night time gets fired and replaced. They don't deserve work. read more

I was impressed with the 2 women working the drive thru this morning. Both were incredibly friendly and pleasant to deal with. The food? Typical McDonald's, not the best but certainly not the worst I've gotten. Webster gets a bad rep for, well, being Webster. If you read most of my reviews almost all of them will comment on customer service. I've been on the other side of the counter too. These employees didn't just exceed expectations of "Webster", they're probably some of the best retail/service employees I've encountered ever. Giving credit where credit is due. read more

SEVERELY understaffed. The only available worker was a short little angry man. There were a significant amount of customers, but the staff were visibly angry and acted extremely rude. After I FINALLY got my order, the worker dropped my fries on the floor. They also had no apple pies. I wish i could leave less than one star. read more

I'll give this location five stars, because it's the second McDonalds I ever visited...As a preface, I was born in Webster General Hospital in 1961...During my early childhood in the mid to late 1960's, one had to travel to Worcester to visit the nearest McDonalds...during that era, my class at the St. Louis School visited the Higgins Armory Museum in Worcester and had lunch at McDonalds...I used to beg my parents to take me to McDonald's in Worcester, prior to the Webster location opening... I want to the McDonald's in Webster Massachusetts. I ordered $27 worth of food and they couldn't get my order right. (They can't get a simple $2 order right) I brought back the sweet barbecue crispy chicken meal because there was no barbecue sauce on it and it had a burger patty on it instead of the crispy chicken. When I brought it up to the cashier she gave me an attitude like it was my fault and handed me another sandwich which was still wrong. Then she went to the back and threw some sandwich together and put it down in front of me on the counter and said now everything is on it with an attitude. The sandwich was so cold that my daughter had to put it in the microwave when we got home. I'm a paying customer my kids love to go there. If it wasn't for them I would never eat there. Every time I go there there's something wrong the last time I was there my bacon was burnt to the point where my daughter was choking on the burnt pieces. And when you go in there to have things fixed, the staff complains. And it takes 25 minutes to get your order. read more

McDonald's has good service the people are very nice and friendly. They're food is good and I love going there when I'm in a rush but still hungry but I do think they should serve bigger portion of sides and make more sides that people can choose from. read more

The drive thru messes up every order, every time. The service grunts at you. Literally. As of now, I no longer visit this location because the food is ALWAYS overcooked, cold and not at all fresh and the service is consistently terrible. Suggestions: Hire some people who know how to COOK and implement some semblance of quality control. I sometimes come here for the lunch and the food here is what I expect from a typical McDonald's. The staff are friendly and nice and most of them are pretty accommodating to your needs. I will say, however, you should double check your order because they have messed up my order several times even though it's simple. They do fix it very quickly for you if you tell them. read more

Drive through locations such as this one stand as a prime example of why youjeed to check your order before you drive home. On several occassions this location has messed up my order, and today was none different. I went through the drie through around 5pm. There was only one car ahead of me and no cars behind me. I ordered a mcchicken sandwich, paid, and drove home. When I got home I opened the bag and found a cheeseburger; not even close to what I ordered. I have been to this McDonalds and can tell you the fries are undercooked. At first I thought maybe someone made a mistake and now, after a few times, I know this is a continual operating misoperation. They are soggy and undercooked, not the usual McDonalds quality. This place has been getting worse and worse but today was the absolute final straw. I went and ordered an Ice tea, 3 flavored coffees, and a McDouble. The cheese on the McDouble was cold, the bun was stale and hard around the edges, none of the coffees were flavored, and the best part of all; while drinking my ice tea I felt something come up the straw into my mouth and was immediately grossed out and spit it out, It was part of a napkin. I opened my cover to find pieces of napkin and hair in my cup. Total waste of money since not one part of the order was eaten or drank. I will never go there again.
