Visited around 8pm on Saturday. Drive thru was closed, so we went in. I'm glad I did because it allowed me to hear the manager tell an employee to just give someone diet since they were out of Coke Zero (didn't bother to tell the customer; just assumed no communication was needed about the drink replacement). Do not go here. You deserve far better than this. There are so many wonderful choices out there that make this place look like a sty. You will get enough sodium in a small meal here to last you for 3 to 4 months. The fat in their meats are off the charts. Abandon hope all ye who enter. read more

You know, I don't expect five star service and filet mignon from a McDonald's. It's McDonald's. Order, eat, repeat. I do, however, expect that someone, somewhere in the management chain has made the effort to educate the employees regarding the basic tenets of civil interaction. By that, I mean, I would *not* expect to be privy to the expletive peppered ramblings of several off-duty employees (still in uniform) seated at the table closest to the counter. I wasn't trying to listen to them discuss the sexual escapades of some random woman with a strange combination of ire and respect. I am fairly certain that the small child who was within earshot didn't want to listen, either. I was less interested in the conversation when it escalated from chuckling and snide comments to belligerent proclamations about the skill with which one or two of them might render each other unconscious. I found myself hoping that they'd just get on with it and spare us all the headache. Of course, the self-absorption didn't remain at the table. After several minutes of back and forth, bantering and bickering, the party meandered toward the door, became distracted from their journey by yet another display of aggression and self-congratulatory professions of vim and vigor, and occupied the space in front of the door for another several minutes. This forced the customers who wanted to leave to walk around them. More than one polite request to pass through them was ignored. The food was the same as it is at every McDonald's. And since this one is just one of many along the route to Indianapolis, I'll skip it in the future. read more

This McDonalds is attached to a Pilot Travel Center (gas station/truck stop). The service was friendly. My husband's fries were cold and didn't taste salted- my fries were hot and salted- I guess I'm the lucky one. They have nice big booths. This is located just off I-65S. read more

Worst McDonald's ever. Slow and never get your order right. If you order anything with 2 patties here you better check your sandwich before you leave because 9 times out of 10 it will have 1 patty. When it first happened I wrote it up as a mistake but since then we have been there 3 more times and each time we get shorted a patty on a sandwich. It must be the direction the workers have been given to hope the people leave and decide it's not worth going back to correct. Cold food that you wait 15 minutes for, then get it wrong. Go one more exit in either direction for a much better McDonald's. read more

Worst McDonald's I've ever experienced. Had no chicken available (no nuggets, no tenders, no sandwiches). And when I tried to order a specialty burger instead, which was advertised on the menu board, they said they no longer offered it without even an apology. we stop by here during breakfast while we were on our way up to northern Indiana and went through the drive-thru. The girl on the monitor let us know that there would be a wait, so we waited about two to three minutes before she was able to take our order. When we finally got to the window, you could tell that she was flustered and understaffed. But she worked professionally and she was polite. The food tasted like pretty much every other McDonald's experience, so I don't think we need to visit that. But I will say that the customer service we received was definitely top-notch when it comes to an everyday fast food restaurant. read more

Dmanager presumably owner operator of this establishment is one of the rudest nastiest people I have ever come across in my life. We are a family owned transporting team we use McDonald's quite a bit with their buy one get one free promo. I sent my 12 year old son in to get our order. Individual at the counter refuse to use the coupon saying it was out of state. I never had a McDonald's refused the promo and we've been to every single state in the country and used one except Hawaii and Alaska. Not only was this man not wearing his name tag but he refused to give us his name or the store number. His state is also under a mask mandate and he was not wearing his mask properly clearly he could have been infecting every customer and employee that he came in contact with. The freaking drive thru in this place when an older gentleman with grey hair and glasses is working literally comes to a complete standstill !! This guy might be very good at cooking or the register or cleaning but he CANNOT do 2 things at once... like take an order and fill one at the same time... or fill a drink cup and take an order.... or stay on task and finish the first order he was working on if he has to stop and take another order. I literally ordered 4 drinks... that's it...4 DRINKS... and had NO ONE IN FRONT OF ME in line and watched him stop filling my drinks to take an order, stop filling my drinks to start filling the folks after me, stop filling my drinks to get the drink carrier ready, stop filling my drinks to count out 4 straws, and so on..I sat at that freaking drive thru window for over 5 minutes for FOUR DRINKS. And I didn't even include the crazy amount of time it took him to acknowledge I was there when I first pulled up to place my order or the 2 minutes I sat waiting for the total from him with NO ONE in front of me. This guy might be great at some things in this business but he should NEVER be placed on the drive thru and especially not ever during a busy time like breakfast, lunch, or dinner !! I know they have to have SOMEONE in that building who can take orders and fill a cup with liquid at the same time. Why can't they figure out that you need the best two people in the building for filling orders quickly on the drive thru and the main front line register especially during peak times. Get this guy off the drive thru at 11:15am on a Monday and get a much faster person there who can do more than one thing at a time. PLEASE !! read more

Just because the place got a face lift doesn't mean they got any better at cooking. We ordered our food at the kiosk. Which takes longer than just standing in line. (We're not stupid. We know how to work computers) Finally got our food and my fries were dark and old kind of squishy. My husbands were normal type fries but also kind of dark. My nuggets were very dark brown so I politely took them back up and asked for new ones that weren't so dark. 20 min later, they gave me new nuggets. Guess what! Still brown! I took them back up again and told them I didn't want my money back or anything to replace them I just wanted them to stop cooking and change the grease! The three people in line asked me what happened and saw my nuggets and we're grossed out too. It's unacceptable! You literally have to look at the food to put it in a box! If someone says the food is dark the first time and you cook another and it's dark too, why even hand it out?! We will not be going back. We used to go to this one weekly but since the change in store and staff it's gone down hill. I'm annoyed. The people at the gas station could do better! read more

If I could give no stars I would. They screwed up my order in the drive thru they "fix it" at the window. When I check my sandwiches are BOTH Wrong so I go inside the guy asks me about fifty times what was supposed to be on it. I wait almost a half hour. Get back out to the car and my sandwich is wrong AGAIN. On top of that the guy next to me only asked for 3 creams and two sugars and they kept saying okay and then asked to help different customers.
