This McDonalds is in need of a deep clean and the staff trained on customer service. The wait was incredibly long due to a large order in front of me in the drive thru and instead of having that car pull forward to wait for their order everyone in line had to suffer through it too! The fries were raw and when I asked for replacement they made me wait over 5 minutes and the second batch was slightly better. Not McDonald's quality. If i could give zero stars I would. I asked the guy for ranch because I thought I could ask them for some when i got my order. The guy says its an extra charge for extra sauces. This McDonald's was actually the final straw for me. The two times I've been to this store has been so below par that I have officially swore off and hexed this fast food chain. "Woah... woah.. woah, Tiffany! You're not going to swear off a fast food chain with thousands of locations across the country..." Well, yes... I am. Let me explain.... This store is dirty. This store is ran by people who just don't want to bother with anything & have checked out of life. I have watched people wait 40 minutes for food. I personally have waited 20 minutes for food. The food I receive is cold, not made correctly or even to basic standards. I pay on average $20 for two breakfast combos. So.... Why would I pay that much money for poss poor service, cold food & poor quality food? I know the real problem though.... Workers... Tom H. Is the king of this McDonald's . I was driving thru Willcox and thought we would stop for some food. Stopped here at this McDonalds. The resturant was a total disaster, we arived at 2:30 monday afternoon. I needed to use the mens room prior to dining. I went in and the toilet area had no tissue. I went to the counter and asked for what was missing. He said he would look into it. I waited a few minutes while he was trying to fix a messed up order for a customer that had just picked up. After a few minutes longer I asked him again and he ignored me. That was it I left and went to the location next door, The other 3 people that went in with me had already ordered so they stayed to pick up their food. I sat outside 35 minutes as they were still waiting on their food. The employees had their food order mixed up as well. One of my friends came out looking to see why I had not come back in the restaurant, I just said I had no business with that place and I ate elsewhere. The management staff needs to look into this store to see why they can not operated a store correctly! and to make sure all areas of the location is properly maintained. I came here yesterday and ordered a plain cheeseburger with cheese only, EXTRA cheese. To my surprise, they handed me a hamburger with nothing on it. I then told them about it and they asked that I give it back to them which was fine however, they just brought it back to the kitchen, threw some cheese on it, and didn't even wrap it up and handed it to me all open. I thought this was disgusting as no one in the window had gloves on or took any sanitary practices. Today, I ordered a latte and they handed it to me half full. Willcox doesn't have much to offer, but this McDonalds appears to be fairly new. It was one of the cleanest ones I've been in recently and they had a worker in the dining area keeping it that way which you don't hardly see anymore. The staff was very friendly and the food, though standard, was fresh and our order was correct. My granddaughter and I were however VERY SURPRISED to see extra pickles on our burgers. Usually when you order extra pickles it's an upgrade from one pickle to two pickles, but they put several on our burgers. Thank you for realizing what extra pickles is truly all about !!! read more

Stopped by here for some coffee and a bite for the road. We entered the drive through places our order then paid. Once we got to the window for our food they asked us to pull to the front and wait for our coffee. We waited 5 mins for the coffee and it came out warm and watered down. I got out of the car and went in to asked for two fresh coffees and I was rudely ask to through them away and wait. This is the worst McDonald's ever. We ordered at it took 35 minutes for us to get our food. Our fries were cold so we're the burgers. This is the 3rd time we had to wait for food longer than 30 minutes. If you go back and ask them for things they forgot to give you, they get mad. Wow, Sunday manager should care less about her eyelashes and more about customers waiting literally 30 minutes for a cheeseburger and fries, to leave with COLD fries and no onions on the burger. One staff member, long braid doing double duty expediting orders and taking orders because the self-orders are broken, 1 person on the window also doing fries, two guys on the line and chick manager standing and doing ing nothing...literally nothing. Tried to order through the drive the through and the worker could not get my order right even after I repeated it multiple times. And in the end before I could clarify my order, he went silent. I just left this place 5 minutes ago. Today is Friday March 26th, 2021 at 9:20 pm. We ordered on Drive thru and confirmed the order at the first window, the guy who taking our order repeat that we have 20 pieces (with out saying nuggets) fillet-O-fish and large fries, So we thought that he got 20 fish for us!! We're like no!! we have 20 pieces nuggets, 1 fillet-O-fish and 1 large fries(just to make sure and to be clear). And he kept saying it without "nuggets"(ok fine). Then the lady who is the food handler didn't wear the gloves. And by the time she's giving us the food she were on the phone(her own cellphone) she repeated our order that we have 20 pieces (again!?) (why is it so hard to say all the words when repeating an order to the customer? Don't you know that It is a best way to avoid the mistakes) fillet-O-fish and large fries. And she didn't pay any attention on what we asked for(we asked for the bbq sauce, ketchup and honey mustard) She's grab us the ketchup and saying that the bbq sauce and honey mustard already in the bag(she's still on the phone). We pulled over right the way and checked on the bag and great!! there's no bbq sauce and honey mustard, so we have to go back and asked for the sauce again which is very wasted our time. What she did just saying sorry and talking with her co-worker and laughing like it was funny. What is so funny!? Or they're making fun of us?? The worst and terrible service ever. Visiting from other state, I was surprised by the rudeness of this staff. She took my order with extreme rudeness and unfriendly behavior. I was treated like a piece of shit. I came to order a breakfast meal, she would respond shaking her head as if I dont see her body language. This person in the picture is the worst among all McDonalds staff. I waited for about15-20minutes of my order only to find out when I checkwith them that they missed my order on their line up. I don't know what was worse, the cold food or the employees. They really need a new manager! One poor guy was trying to run the whole place while one employee was standing up front leaning on the counter dancing and another came in to check his hours and was trying to get the only person working to stop what he was doing to talk about his work schedule! By the time he put our fries and burgers in the bag they were ice cold. I've never had an ice cold meal from McDonald's before.. new and disgusting.
