I do NOT recommend this place at all!! I went there Saturday for my little sisters birthday and first off it cost 50$ for 3 mc Doubles a child's meal 1 quarter pounder meal and 2 shakes on top of that it literally took them an hour to make all of that what the hell happened to fast FAST food?? This store makes you move up without anyone being behind you, then you get cold fries and sloppy made sandwiches.

The food here is absolutely horrible. You are usually lucky if you order a sandwich and the meat hasn't been sitting out for what seems like half a day. The fries are usually cold, no salt. They usually do not put the correct condiments on the sandwiches. I ordered a mcdouble and got onions like a McRib. The lettuce on mcchicken are usually yellow or brown. If you get the dehydrated onions, you should be lucky! Normally it's not in stock. The meat is cooked so long or left out in the heaters so long that it's like eating cardboard. I'm not expecting Five Guys, but if you drive up the road to the Mcdonalds on I-85 and highway-81, it's like eating 5 stars compared to this place. The service is amazing too. I brought in an order that was wrong and employee in the front said "an incorrect order? Never seen that before" and laughed. It's so often that it's almost guaranteed to be bad here. Check your bags before leaving the drive through or else they won't help! Good luck and may the odds be ever in your favor. (You need that here) read more

ALWAYS slow even tho I order on the app ahead of time they put me in a parking spot to wait. And even after that they forget what I got. It's happened every time I go here it's insane it's supposed to be fast food not sit and wait for 20-30 minutes read more

Come for a vanilla milkshake and a burger and the girl at the window handed me my food and walks off not even giving me time to ask for Mayo I sit there for a min or two trying to get her attention she acted like she didn't see me so I drove off! Get going down the road trying to enjoy my shake and something just didn't taste right I thought I was just tripping bc I didn't taste no vanilla so I put it down until I got home and when I get home what do u know they just filled my fu@!$@ cup up with whipped cream!!! If you go thru the drive thru do not repeat do not let them make you park in the drive thru waiting spaces to the right! They will make you wait forever. I asked for cream for my coffee and they told me to go park in the space and they would bring it to me? They never came out so I left. I go back 2 weeks later I order an Egg McMuffin nothing else they told me to go park in the space to the right. I wait and wait and finally have to go in and get my $3.26 back! I go to the drive-through because I'm in a hurry not to sit in the parking lot for an ongoing amount of time waiting on cream for coffee or a single egg McMuffin! Don't know why I keep giving this location a chance. The last 5 times (I am serious about 5 times) we have went through the drive thru and when we got home the order was wrong. This morning was the last time I will use the is McDonalds in Williamston. Went through drive thru this morning and got 4 McGriddles all made the same for people at church. Got to church and low and behold there were only 3 in the bag. Guess I should check my order before leaving, but I assumed (my mistake) that they could count to 4 and know how many they put in the bag. I have never gotten a correct order on any occasion. The nugget sauce is always forgotten and you have to always ask for it even if you ordered it. Most nights there is no one on the drive thru to take your order. The management should be ashamed and restructure. read more

Here on 1/19/19 at around 6 pm. This place was good after new owner took over, but now it's garbage. The staff is rude and lazy. My kid ordered a quarter pounder and the lady said they were out of them!! The hell? The staff is just ghetto. The food is nasty. Asked for fries with no salt and got an eye roll. read more

After eating lunch and looking at the address for reference, I saw the reviews for this McDonalds did not line up. I would like to say this is by far the best McDonalds I've ate at in the upstate. The bun was in pristine condition without any finger intentions, the patty was so delicate and crisp, and the sauce did not overflow into your fingers, it was perfect. If you guys at McDonalds are reading this keep it up! If you're feeling McDonalds, I would suggest the drive to this location. read more

Stopped in yesterday February 21 at 9:45am and asked for a sausage and egg mcmuffin and was told they were out of sausage and muffins. The place just got remodeled so they now cannot afford sausage and muffins? Rediculous!!!!!! Ice cream machine was probably broke too. read more

This is the worst place to eat ever! There service sucks the people are so rude and disrespectful. When they forget to give me what I ordered, I tell them and they roll there eyes at me. I have went there on 4 different occasions and each one was not at all a happy experience! Once I went there and the chicken nuggets were hard like rocks. Second time I went there I waited in the drive threw for a half hour just for 2 cheeseburgers. The 3 and 4th time they didn't give me my sauce for my nuggets, it may seem like no big deal but it is when you are 15 miles away and you have to screaming kids in the back seat wanting there bubbaq sauce!!! This folks could care less about you! They are more than just rude! Took us 10 minutes before anybody waited on us and there was no one in there they were to busy talking . Then I got my order after they acted like they didn't want to wait on me and my wife ! The order came out with cold fries and I asked for some new ones and just got a grunt from the gal .later she came out with some new ones and didn't say a word to us . Yikes! Fast food hell. This has to be the worst McDonald's in the country. They get your take out order wrong about half the time. They have about half the specials. Never heard of salting the fries after you cook them. On odd hours if you get food it's been sitting around since noon. Cold and nasty. Avoid this place. read more
