The staff alternated between taking orders and filling orders. They'd take about three orders (one person working full time on filling them) and then they'd close the window and the second person would don fresh gloves and work on filling orders to get people served in a timely manner. . We ordered the falafel gyro, fries with feta and an order of loukoumades (Greek mini donuts). The fries were great. The falafel was similar to what I've had on the streets of Athens- delicate and nicely crunchy. The loukoumades were amazing- delicately spiced with cinnamon and a light honey while being crispy on the outside and soft inside. Highly recommend! Think Greek donut holes.

Next door to the food truck is Rory Jr.'s Pizza, that's sold by the slice or a whole pizza. Their mini donuts are " hot now", and sold by the dozen with sixteen different flavors, as well as plain. The donut flavors can be mixed two flavors per dozen. For my order today I got a chili dog with fries, strawberry glazed and the honey bun glazed donuts. Once you place your order there's out door shaded seating or you can get back in your vehicle and your order is brought out to you. The chili dog with home made chili was good, and those fries were hot, crispy and seasoned just right! Those " hot now " donuts are the bomb, especially the honeybun glazed. They are soft and chewy with a little crispness on the outside and that cinnamon sugar glaze, " y'all"..." don't make no sense"!!!! The couple is so nice and friendly that run this business, Rory even walked out as we were leaving to give us a wave. On my next visit I would like to try a pizza. My fiance has wanted to hire this company since just before covid when we were supposed to get married but put it off for obvious reasons.
