There is nobody smart that works there.. they can't their shit straight. You have to go during lunch or you don't ever get fresh food but they mess up your order. Let me first note that I never eat at McDonald's. My son and I were traveling back home from Vermillion SD and needed gas and something small to eat. First tried Hardee's for a salad, no luck. I remembered MC Donald's had salads so we drove there. My son navigated the lame touch screen and I looked on the menu board, no salads! I settled for 4 piece nuggets. My son had two chicken sandwiches and 2 apples. I asked and they got rid of salads during pandemic. The food was brought to our table. Now I know why I don't like Mc Donald's. Normally I'd give this McDonald's a better rating. It use to be FANTASTIC. Quick, fresh, and good. It was everything that a fast food place in a small town should be - everyone knew each other. This all changed about a year ago, and I am not sure why. An example? This morning I bought a sausage and biscuit sandwich. The biscuit was hard. I'm not sure if it had been repeatedly heated in a microwave, or if it was just REALLY old. The edges of the biscuit were harder than a tortilla chip, if that helps you understand. The majority of the staff don't seem to care. These are all the new hires that seem to be working a job for the social aspect. The staff that have been there for over a year do seem to care, but they are dragging the dead weight of the new staff. The old staff are going to burn out pretty quickly. read more

This McDonald's was a pretty bad place tbh the bathroom smelled like vomit, they did not ask me what size I wanted my order, they forgot my sauce even though I said it twice I wanted honey mustard and yes I get everybody makes mistakes but they even didn't give me a fork for my bacon fries. I'm rating a McDonald's restaurant five stars? Maybe I'm going crazy. But this McDonald's has earned it, especially when compared to other McDonalds. They always seem friendly, they have random deals on food outside of the regular promotions, and they don't charge extra for extra sauces or different sauces. Specifically, they don't seem to care if you try to make a "ghetto Big Mac." I ask for the changes I like to make (sub Big Mac sauce, quarter bun, and slivered onions) and they understand what I'm trying to do, but don't really care. And they don't charge extra for any of the changes! Another time, when I got a 20-piece Chicken McNuggets, I asked how many sauce packets came with it, and the cashier said, "It doesn't matter. We don't charge extra for sauces." Whenever I'm making my runs to/from home or the Twin Cities, I try to make this my fast food stop if I need one on the trip. read more

The coffee that I ordered was cold and they made me wait and I did not even get a fresh cup. While I was there the manager was openly complaining that a man was upset that he had to come back in to get the rest of us to go food. She said, the guy complains all the time, every time that he comes in. day shift never has my families orders wrong. always fresh with hardly ever a wait or told to pull forward. night shift never have my orders correct and i always ask for 2 ranch dressing and 1 buffalo sauce and never do we get them put in bags especially after we ask them again uf they put in bag and after saying yes they did we get home and no sauces¡!!!!! also we have received other drive through customers orders more than 5 times in 3 months. other wise i love mcdonald's read more

Stopped here with my daughter for a late lunch on a weekday on our way home following shopping and errands. We used the drive thru to place our order. Service was extremely slow. We were told to pull ahead and wait and our order would be brought out to us.. We were one of three vehicles waiting for orders to be brought to our cars. Our order consisted of a Cheesburger, McChicken sandwich, two small fries and two small cokes. When our order was finally brought out we pulled out of the parking lot, proceeded onto the Highway to travel home. As I was driving I told my daughter to wait until we were out of the traffic within the city limits and I would eat my sandwich once I was on the Highway on proceeding home. What a huge disappointment when we pulled our sandwiches out of the bag. My daughter's "Cheeseburger" had no cheese on it, no pickles and hardly any ketchup. I took a bite of my McChicken sandwich only to find ketchup....yes ketchup on my sandwich. There was no lettuce or mayo base on the sandwich, only the chicken patty, ketchup and the bun. I was not sure if this was meant to be a joke or if the staff working the day we stopped was that incompetent and ignorant to not realize you DON'T put ketchup on a McChicken sandwich! The fries were fresh and the two cokes tasted fine, but the sandwiches....unbelievable that they would be that ignorant! We did not turn around and return to the establishment as we had received a $1 off our next order coupon due to their slow service, and we only had paid off the dollar menu for our food. However, I am warning anyone considering stopping at this McDonald's to beware. It is the worst McDonald's experience I have encountered in my lifetime. This place is a disaster waiting to happen if their service continues to be this bad. I will not return here. Stopped for coffee to drink on my long road trip. Coffee was extremely hot - I mean hot. And the cup was filled right up to the brim. I drove about 40 miles before being able to hold the cup and then it was so full it spilled out. They should know that anyone driving should not be given a white hot filled to the brim coffee. Crank down the temperature and leave at least an inch at the top. Thank goodness I waited to drink it or I would have had a severe lap burn. read more
