So like anybody I been coming to McDonald's since I was a kid and its not always great service but not always bad either today was mainly not great due to service not I do not like complaining about cashier's because they have to deal with a lot of rude entitled customers who forgot what manners or common courtesy is. But still I waited for her to be done with her order that she was dealing with in first place. She arrived to the register I placed an order for two 20 piece nugget combos to where she abruptly told they don't have 20 piece combos. Now I understand there are some kind of thing I don't have which is fine and I'm not upset that they don't have the combos and I understand that working on a Sunday in general it's just not fun. Having said that still doesn't mean you shouldn't treat your customers who are treating you with respect and kindness the same way. Right from the beginning it wasn't looking good. The automatic door didn't work when we approached. Tried to order at a kiosk. It didn't work. Tried the next kiosk. It didn't work. Then a worker came over to help thinking we were doing something wrong. She was friendly enough, but duh, we can read and touch a screen. Didn't work for her either, what a surprise. So finally she took our order at the counter, which is what should ALWAYS be done anyway. So then we took our number and got a table. We would have gotten a refund but we didn't feel like waiting in line behind all the other angry customers. This review is completely based on customer service since I don't feel it's necessary to delve into the pros and cons of McDonalds food. With that being said, this location definitely has the quickest and friendliest staff I've ever experienced at a McDonalds. I've only really visited during early hours (6-7am) so I am beating their peak hours, but either way, they are very efficient. Both the team member taking the order and handing the order are smiling, say thank you and don't seem bothered by the fact that they're at work. read more
