It was pretty comical, the mix up at this McDonald's. The gave us the wrong item, handed us the "correct" item only to find it was still incorrect and asked us to pull over and they'd bring it out to us. Finally they arrived and it turned out to be the same thing they just gave us, that was incorrect. I had to go in and ask a third time to get it corrected. Wouldn't have bothered having it fixed the third time but they charge us extra for it. Like I said, almost comical. At least the fries were hot. read more

I honestly can't speak for the other reviews but this is the nicest staffed and clean McDonalds that I have ever been to in my entire life. I was greeted immediately, my order was taken promptly, and my food came out correct and very quickly. The quality of the food is very consistent with what I have received from McDonalds across the United States but what makes this one different is the feel, which I attribute to the staff. While I sat and enjoyed my meal, every customer was treated with respect by a pleasant person behind the counter. That is how I know that this McDonalds is special. With so many choices to eat, this location goes out of its way to make it right, the first time. If you happen to be in the mood for fast food and you are near, stop here. I drove up to the drive thru this morning (about 10:40), and the girl on the intercom said "what's up". I thought maybe she was talking to a coworker, so I didn't say anything. Then she said "what's up" again. I still didn't say anything because I was confused. Then for a third time she just said "what's up"... I then said "hello?" Because I really had no idea how to respond to that it was just weird. And she finally said "what can I get you". I placed my order and everything was fine after that, but that was very unprofessional and confusing. I actually like McDonalds but this location is the worst of them all. I be. I have been to literally hundreds of McDonald's all over the United States and this one nestled off 494 in Woodbury is the most difficult. The lack of service provided is like nothing I have experienced. If you can't work a register to take orders, I'm not sure why they staff it at all. I tried to order a number 2 no onions with a coke. I left the speaker after 6 minutes of two different people attempting to take the order. Both speaking at he same time. Thankfully there's a BK right down the street and while I prefer McDonald's, BK is in and out! Seriously, keep driving even if you're hungry. I ordered a southwest salad, there was barely any fricken beans or corn! I'm pissed! I ordered this salad for the corn and beans!! That's in the description of the food! Had buffalo ranch chicken burger ,,, the patty was crisp and tasty. The restaurant was clean and tidy.

Again we tried McDonald's and had an issue. We made our orders which included 2 chocolate chip frappes. My wife had to wait for the frappes which never came. After 10 other cars went past she went in and saw employees just standing around. Nobody working on the drinks and she then voiced her issue and both managers became more interested in straightening the bags. She finally got a manager and all she got was I'm sorry. She got the drinks, but left very upset. I called McDonald's customer support and complained. The franchise owner called back. I voiced my opinion and he gave his song and dance. The workers here are so unbelievably fast, they have never had me wait more than 10 seconds to get my morning coffee. I would literally go out of my way to come here in the A.M. instead of Starbucks or Caribou if I'm in a hurry and don't want to wait in line for 15 minutes at the aforementioned. This establishment continues to screw up over and over and over again I first ordered 2 quarter pounders and they somehow got that right didn't provide my drinks I paid for until after I had I come up to specify and then I ordered 6 buttermilk chicken tenders and and a crispy chicken sandwich I was Number 674 and numbers before and AFTER me were getting they're orders and mine never showed up and again I had to specify that I had ordered they never apologized and just made it and gave it asap but then I opened up my sandwich and after one bite of tomato I knew something was up it was just wrong I cut apart the chicken and it was gray I went back and told the same employee that had been assisting me throughout my visit and they were lazily poorly doing their job it's not my job to tell them how to but they could at least do the bare minimum and the manager come up to take it and returned me practically the same thing with gray chicken and worse Tomato's and at this point I'm not gonna bother them and I'll just take my business elsewhere!
