Stopped here yesterday to visit this store that is over an hour drive from home. Placed a Mobile Order for a Buttermilk Crispy Chicken Strips meal. Waited about ten minutes until it was ready. Then, later I ordered chocolate-chip cookies and an ice cream cone for dessert and waited for over ten minutes for that but then accidentally re-ordered it. I went to the counter to explain the issue about the re-ordering thing, but nothing was done, but received my dessert anyway when I intended to only pay for one order. The food I am overall pleased with. Although this store is about 30-40 years old, it's pretty well maintained and everything and very clean. The PlayPlace area is nice, and its playground is vibrant and more attractive than the ones of today's generation. And this particular McDonald's has a warm ambience as always. Today, on the second endeavor, I went to try and get a refund on the extra order of the same thing I didn't intend on, but they weren't able to because the store manager wasn't in like the staff working yesterday said the manager wouldn't be in until today, but then one of this store's assistant management said the GM wouldn't be in until tomorrow. And for today's visit, I ordered myself a Chocolate-Chip Frappé for a good cool-off. It was very busy, and they certainly know how quality is paramount to customer standards, but the speed of service could have been better and the people working there could have been more responsive to customers who do Mobile Ordering. The only reason for the 4 stars is that it was a good experience, but the speed of service and responsiveness to Mobile Orders could be better, but that the people from yesterday on Sunday could have told me the correct day that the GM would be in to issue a refund on any order that was unintended. read more

Attempted to eat inside. 6:02 pm. After 20 minutes we checked what was up. After 35 minutes checked again. Both times had to wave a call out to get anyone to come talk. Then got told "Don't yell at us. We are human beings." True facts but until I called out loudly to you, no one would do more than glance over and ignore us! Manager said they only had two people working inside orders and 6 for drive thru. What?! I don't care. Food should come out in the order it is placed and paid for! Finally at 40 minutes 6:41. we just got a refund and left. Drove to BK. Fast and friendly! 6:54 we were eating our Whoppers! read more

The place is nice enough, however they moved the handicap parking places across the parking lot and replaced them with online/currier orders... the bathroom was great, with the exception of the floors being slippery with grease... there were no handicap buttons to open the doors and nothing to hold the doors open.. read more

I ordered a side of Pancakes a side of eggs and another separate side of eggs in another container with a some kind of cafe mocha with whipped cream sort of frozen coffee I waited a half an hour and they put the pancakes in both sides of eggs in one package they didn't give me any syrup and no salt or pepper and my coffee looks like just regular cold coffee read more

I went on the internet and found the top chicken sandwiches from fast food places. McDonald's Buttermilk Crispy Chicken sandwich was rated #3. I went to my local McDonalds and they did not have that sandwich so I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich. I got home and it was overly cooked and tasted like fish. The sandwich was rubbery and pretty much inedible. I ordered fries with no salt. These fries were so cold you couldn't tell they were even cooked. This was a horrible experience and it's pretty much the norm at this location. I will not be returning to McDonald's in Yankton again. read more

Can't complain too much considering. The restaurant wasn't too dirty and the food was quick to come out. Never had an issue with service however never had an over-the-top experience. I would like to see 24hour operation during weekends read more

stopped there yesterday before going in to work and was in a hurry so not to be late got my order then after getting to work looked at my ticket which wasn't right i gave the drive threw window lady a large bill with only 4 dollars and change back so i called to get the mistake corrected with no help so watch your money cause once its in their hands and you call to get the money owed to you, you wont get it back all i can say is someone pocketed the remainder of the money that was owed to me and the drive threw lady didn't pay attention to what i gave her and i will be calling corporate office as well read more

Cause it's a fine, clean Mickey D's. Playland is clean and large with loads of seating. No GREAT place for the 18 moonth old to play, but she had lots of fun. Food seemed kinda expensive from what I'm used to in Indiana... And no $1 any size soda. read more
