Can I say terrible fast food, no longer cheap food and now we're waiting for you to forget my cookies to have to charge me for cookies because you thought I told you to take them off nobody heard us say take them off. I stopped coming to this McDonald's for a reason. Every time I hit the drive-thru, they tell me to pull into a reserved spot and make me wait 10 minutes what part of "fast food" don't they get? This review is based on service and cleaning standards. I understand thr breakfast rush but I should not have to wait 10 minutes inside for service while 3 ppl stand over the fryer watching hash browns cook. I love the fact that the place is clean the issue I have is that the guy used the same rag to clean the tables, the window sill, the soda machine and lids for the soda, that's my issue and the table was dirty because someone just got up from it. read more

Disappointed that they took away joy coffee special price off their App. Take out food doesn't come with Napkins, I guess you have to ask for everything. I went here today with a friend, as we both wanted lunch and hadn't had McD's in quite a while. After today, it will be quite a while before I go to McD's again. I tried the Canadian chicken sandwich special, based on the description on the poster in the hallway. Dear McD's, if you're going to offer specials, you should list all he toppings, not just the highlights, because with all the toppings on this, the sandwich was horrible. When I removed some and scraped off enough of the sauce, it became edible, though still horribly too salty. The fries were better but still not up to standards (cooked but greasy, and not golden brown as they are normally.) When the diet Coke is the best thing about the meal, you've failed. As bad as this was, my friends meal was worse. This is a company that has literally been making burgers since before I was born; she got a Quarter Pounder that was undercooked. She took it back and was only refunded for part of her meal because she kept the soda to get the undercooked burger taste out of her mouth. It's days like this I wish there were a zero stars option here. read more

Where do I start..... Well let's start by saying this I devoured my meal that I've ordered from this establishment, so I washed done my meal w/an orange drink which tastes watered down, but anyway. I noticed on the top there was a lil bug so that's to show you no filters are not being cleaned or whatever have you. I'm really disappointed and vexed that your employees nor management are not cleaning properly, there's no excuse why I or anyone have to encounter this. The staff does many things well, but other complaints on this Yelp page cannot be denied: slow service, etc., caused by huge crowds. My #1 complaint is that inexpensive items, such as McChicken and various hamburgers under $1.50 may be available, but they are not listed on the price board. During my ten-minute wait for a two-item order today, I examined the menu board and could find only two items in the less expensive range. Other McD franchises (especially on Long Island) post a full menu, not just the complete meals with big sandwiches. All-day breakfast should display the sausage burrito. I fault the owner, not the workers. read more

I usually go to this McDonald's because it's about a mile and half from me. And I'm always satisfied with there service. But the past few times I went there they been messing up. One time I ordered a few cheese burgers and they gave me all hamburgers. Then there was a time I ordered 2 large fries and got 2 small fries. But tonight I ordered 2 double cheese burgers and a 10 piece nuggets. I only got 1 double cheese burgers and 7 nuggets and the nuggets weren't even cooked thoroughly. I got there around 1am so its not like they were busy. My advice is when you go to this McDonald's check what you ordered to make sure it's correct ( something i never did but looks like I'm going to have to ) and I know some people are thinking why didn't you go back if you only live a mile and half to get the other stuff that they didn't give you. I would of but I just got home and didn't want to go back and try to prove that they didn't give me what I ordered after it's been 15 minutes. read more

This McDonalds normally gets the job done; however, there are those times depending on the day and hour where the service sucks. Greg the supervisor is always a great help, of all the managers he is by far the best. The female managers are moody and tend to have their days as to when they will ensure that their personal customer service towards customers are exceptional. In addition, for the most part the staff is cool, but there are some who act as if properly filling up your container or bag of fries somehow comes directly out of their paycheck. The quicker the staff realizes the importance of customer service they will always win. Lastly, I came in today to get a crispy chicken salad that I have been craving for, but was highly disappointed to find out they put the buttermilk chicken patties instead of the regular crispy chicken patties on my salad. **Found out later they seemed to have discontinued the old crispy patties and replaced them with the buttermilk. I guess this is to cut cost; but buttermilk chicken and salad do not mesh well. read more

The food here is good but the drive through service is very slow. They could also work on focusing on the smaller details when cleaning the restaurant. At the window sill I found an old French fry covered in ants. I grew up coming to this McDonald's since it's close by to my house and it usually gets the job done. The line here moves so slowly that it can take 30 minutes to get your order. Many times workers are talking through the headsets in spanish to other coworkers which is just confusing and disturbing to guests. It's difficult to place an order and we often have to repeat each item 5 times before the order taker understands and we are native English speakers. Additionally, they stop making iced coffee very early and are frequently completely out. This is a disgrace to the McDonald's name!!!! read more
