The employee promptly took my trash to dispose it while I returned to the counter to order freshly made churros, which took only ten minutes to make - and much less time to eat (these were also right up there with the churros from The Colombia Restaurant in Ybor City). The Taco Project takes its time to prepare food versus the haste I've witnessed in other establishments (which, usually meant the food wasn't that fresh).
