The shop is located at 8468 Hy 6 just past the intersection of Hy 6 and 185 heading West. It's rare that you walk into a shop these days and feel instantly welcome and appreciated! I spoke with Brandon McFarland, the owner and was impressed with his knowledge and skill. He not only repaired my hydraulic cylinder but put together a repair kit, at my request, should I decide to fix my next mishap myself! And to top it off, not only was his customer service outstanding, his cost to repair the cylinder was extremely reasonable compared to another company in Waco! Do not hesitate to give them a try! Keep in mind there were NO pictures uploaded of the car yet. I went off the manufacturers window sticker which you can see under the carfax report. It had all that I wanted. I was contacted by Adrian! (the new kid on the block) Adrian was amazing. He was so nice. He even went and took pictures and 2 quick videos of the car. It only has 2,433! It is a red mist 2021 convertible Corvette with everything on it! Adrian, with the help of his manager Phillip made this process mind blowing easy. I believe their slogan is "Home of the nice guys". Boy was that right. With Phillip's help we hit the right price and made this happen. Adrian was the go to guy here. He was in constant communication with me whether via text or call. Even after the purchase was made! Phillip got that sales contract through online to me and I signed and sent the wire and bam 3 days later I had my Red Vette from Texas. Everything has been amazing! If anyone wants to buy a car from out of state these gentlemen made it so easy. I hired a shipping company and Adrian even shit a video on his cell while it was being loaded. However, our experience with the service department has been disappointing. Routine maintenance takes hours, and scheduling an appointment is nearly impossible. They claimed they were backed up for weeks, yet we managed to get into the Waco dealership the next day. We were given a callback number and told the service manager would contact us in about five minutes. After waiting an hour with no response, we reached out to Mason, who was once again attentive and tried to help resolve the issue. It wasn't until Mason contacted the service manager that we finally received a call, only to be met with rudeness and a complete lack of customer care. Unfortunately, this dealership can't have a team full of Masons, and the difference in service shows. Save yourself the trouble and go to the Waco dealership for service instead. For those of you that just bite your tongue and continue to patronize this place because the location is more convenient, I'm not joking when I say it was a world of a difference in Waco. Customer care is through the roof in their service department compared to here--just make the drive.

I had a really good experience with these guys recently. I needed my 7.3L Garrett fixed and was…read morenot at all happy with the other turbo repair shops I had dealt with, who were really cagey with telling me what they were going to do for $500-$700. John returned my inquiry in a timely manner and talked to me at length about the turbo issues I had experienced and what I wanted for an end result of the repair. He gave me good advice as to upgrade options and what I should and shouldn't have done given my stated objectives. He gave me best and worst case estimates, and was also straight up with telling me some work he doesn't do. When he got into the disassembly he determined that the turbo itself was in good shape (at 275,000 miles) but that the waste-gate had stuck open. No rebuild necessary; just a minor modification to the waste-gate. The easy answer would have just been to tell me the turbo was trashed and needed everything replaced, and I wouldn't have been any the wiser. I decided to proceed with the rebuild and new compressor wheel anyway since I was already 95% of the way there. John had it back to me in less than four days with a good walk-through as to exactly what had been done, and gave me back my old OEM compressor wheel for good measure. The rebuilt turbo was completely bead blasted and the steel portions painted black so it pretty much looked new in it's bag. He also cleaned up my pedestal for me as a courtesy so I could work on it myself. John worked with me to bring the price in for a fair amount less than what he had originally estimated. End results are a really significant improvement over the stock turbo setup from before the waste-gate issue. Spool time is noticeably reduced, acceleration is improved, fuel economy is up a bit, and the clouds of black smoke I used to leave are completely GONE! I'm very happy with Majestic and definitely consider this to have been a very positive transaction. I have no qualms about recommending this place. Of note: Majestic in Waco is no longer affiliated with the Majestic in Dallas so don't confuse their websites.

The owner looked at my truck in the parking lot and took me around and explained everything to me. The tech, Casey, put my truck up on the rack and started the alignment process but soon realized I had some worn parts that would make the alignment pointless. Again the owner took me back to the truck explained everything to me. Took it off the rack and sent me on my way NO CHARGE. I replaced said worn parts and brought the truck back the next day. They got me right in AGAIN and brought my truck all into spec. This is how a business should run. Can't wait to bring my vehicles here again.
