Upon arrival, without notification, they Cabin 7 to someone else. I specifically reserved it for the convenience of easy access and ample room to part both my truck and Harley. When the front desk people told me they moved me to another cabin behind #7, they said someone else needed that cabin because of camping gear and closer trailer access. They cabin they moved me to did not even have enough room for both my bike and truck. When asking for an explanation, Twila, the manager said "I dont like your attitude and if you don't like it, stay somewhere else". Even after reserving a specic cabin with a deposit, they don't care. I traveled all the way from California and Twila knew that finding new accommodations under $1000 a night would be impossible. Never trust the cabin you reserved will be available and be prepared to ask to leave if you dont like it!

I've been put in charge of a hoarding home for an 72 yr old Walker bound lady and have been working…read more diligently to get the home back up to code. today I showed up and she was completely out of propane! it's windy, it's cold, and bad weather is upon us. to say i was worried for her health And well being today is an understatement. McGas was the first and only company to return my call in this emergency situation! they immediately got her service transferred and dispatched someone to the house. they were quick, they were efficient, and they were soooooo incredibly kind to us. thank you guys for looking out for the little fish out here........ your kindness will not soon be forgotten.

After receiving payment they will lock out your items and then when it is proven that it was paid they refuse to make it right. Following up with a well you will have to bring that up with the manager on Monday or Tuesday. I will be finding another unit.

It also smelled badly and I had to throw it away. I tried to call but the store's number is blocked. Check whatever you buy before you buy it.
