My appointment was for 2:30. Man called could he come early. I said sure. He didn't come early he was here past the 2:30 original appointment time. The first man I talked to at my house said the chemical would kill aphids and spider mites. The man doing the spraying said it might help but can't guarantee it. He told me all bugs that his Chemical would treat and none Of those pests were what I had called for. Very disappointed. He said I didn't have to pick up the dogs water bowls or the bird bath so I'm not sure he's using any chemical at all. He didn't don any protective clothing. 2 no-shows while using this company, when they did finally come out and spray not only did it not help but the pests multiplied. After the last time they were an hour late. My family and I had figured they were a no-show as always and we're leaving as we had made new plans. They pulled in the driveway over an hour late, upon speaking to the older gentleman he informed me that they were supposed to let us know owing of they're late arrival, either way I cancelled because of unprofessional ism and poor quality spray that was previously used. Also they lied to the landlord and said that their GPS showed 15 minutes late and they still billed her for the service, however nothing was said concerning the no-shows. My home has been on contract with McGee's for over 10 years. If I call with a problem (ants in the house usually) they schedule an appointment and come right out. I have the Sentracon termite bait stations and they check those several times a year and replace any that are broken/ missing. They are always on time and their technicians are always polite. I would recommend McGee's to anyone in the Hopkinsville area. read more
